Even if it was a guesthouse, It felt like it was a hotel. Everything was clean, personnel very kind. One of the best breakfasts I had while travelling. The neighbourhood was quiet and I slept comfortably

Very professional and helpful staff. The room was spacious and modernly decorated. Good breakfast, plus free tea, coffee, pastries, and flavored water available 24 hours in the dining room. Very convenient parking available (12€ per day). The hotel is within walking distance to the old town. The location of the bathroom in my room.

Only complain is that our room was located on the lower level and closest to the street. Could hear the sound of cars making it difficult to fall asleep at night.

Clean and comfortable! The staff were above and beyond kind! They upgraded my room just because! They also asked about breakfast and when I told them I wouldn’t be attending breakfast due to an early flight, they sent up a basket to my room. *I did not even ask about it, they just did. Wish I could have stayed here longer! No complaints :)

You cannot get in a better location than this! All of the city is so walkable. Alex the member of staff who met us on the first day was incredibly helpful and gave us so many good recommendations. Apartment was spacious and clean. The walls are incredibly thin, you could hear the music in the restaurant downstairs.

It was super cold, we asked for an additional blanket. It has a wooden floor, so all steps in the hallway and stairs are very loud. Windows are not isolating good, so many of cold air entering in the room. In the area can be seen weir people and junkies, but overall nothing bad happened and indeed you're 10min from center.

Sofía is súper friendly. Place is comfortable and breakfast is great!

The staff was very friendly. We did use the laundry room, which was very helpful. The room was clean and cozy. The walls were very thin, we could hear everything from the other room. For breakfast there were not much options to choose from
