Rosario's Boutique Apartments

Maria who tends to the apartment complex was extraordinarily kind and helpful. She even did our laundry once when we discovered there are no washing machine facilities available to the tenants. The location, right next to a supermarket, one kilometer from my conference, and one kilometer in the opposite direction to the riverside area and historic district was perfect and quite walkable (despite hills). There are numerous restaurants and eating/drinking establishments in the near vicinity--quite a variety to choose among. No elevator and an apartment on the 3rd floor--four flights of stairs for an 84-year-old couple with canes. There was confusion over getting the code to the lockbox, but I ascribe most of that confusion to my digital ineptitude. The apartment's immediate neighborhood is a bit rundown and the online description of the apartment complex is a tad misleading (or out of date?). At first we were disappointed, but the place, especially its location and Maria's kindness soon turned our minds. Overall, it was good value.

The location is perfect with lots of restaurants. Very clean space. Alto is just a few steps away and provided an amazing experience and dinner. Nothing. Wish could have spent more time there. Stairs to the third floor would be difficult for persons with accessibility challenges.

Location and access to grocery store, green grocery and restaurants. Opening windows always a real bonus, bed was comfortable. Maria was so accommodating the unit did not have a cutting board or cauldenar and she was quick to.place one outside of the apartment door. Stairs, after Lisbon I will never look at stairs the same.

Mary was super responsive and attentive to our needs, and created a great space to stay for a visit in Porto. The place is located very close to many restaurants and cozy bars, and super easy to get to Buses or walk to the city center. The space had everything you need, a small and well equipped kitchen, a fridge, microwave, as well as complimentary coffee, tea, and some Porto wine. The space is super well thought of, with lots of great details to make a very enjoyable stay. Will definitely come back when we get back to Porto! TV could be a bit more modern

Location. A reasonable walk ( for us anyway ) to most Porto sites, restaurants, and shops. We just left car parked the whole 3 days. Great grocery right next door. Safe neighborhood with a genuine less touristy appeal. Our host Maria was always helpful, prompt and available via What’s app. A wonderful and spacious apartment that made you feel at home. We would gladly stay there again if in Porto. No dislikes.

Clean, nicely decorated, good shower. Located on a street with grocery store, cafes, shops and restaurants but quiet. Free parking right next door to the building. The wifi was not great. The pull out couch was not comfortable

Parking is accessible, right by the entrance. The Wifi is good, with a stable connection.

We liked the location and the cleanness of the room. The room is located on the third floor (second floor in European terms) and there’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. Also, Booking.com advertised a free bottle of wine, but in reality, it’s a welcome glass of port. That said, the stay was overall very enjoyable—comfortable, clean, and a great experience

So close to town with restaurants and shops on the doorstep, including a fruit and veg shop below and a supermarket next door.. It was also really handy to have the kitchen area with fridge. We also saw fireworks over the river for the St. John's festival from our balcony, as it was on the third floor. Our host, Maria, was really helpful and let us store our bags on the final day, as we had a late flight. Be sure to book a segway tour of the city and see the immersive light show at one of the churches. Thank you Maria. Nothing.

Lots of room and well appointed. Location was a little disappointing. Pictures appear to be a montage of a couple of different rooms.

the studio suite we had faced the quiet back, and had all the necessities for eating in if we wanted. We had a rental car and were able to park it free right next to the property, which is a big deal in Portugal. a few steps away was a delightful pedestrian area full of shops and restaurants, and right next door was a sizable super market for all the food we needed to amke breakfast and even a dinner if we had wanted to. Espresso pods were provided which a big bonus for me !!!! its an old building and so there was no lift...

Top Location- 10 min walk from center, parking, very responsive and friendly host. Everything was perfect

I had one of the best stays ever booked through Booking. The apartment was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The building was renovated so it is a rare gem for the historical part of the city! However, what truly set this experience apart was Maria's incredible assistance. She kept in touch throughout my stay, took care of the parking arrangements, and even left a complimentary bottle of wine. I absolutely loved my time here and would definitely choose to stay again!
