Location and staff. The breakfast was awful, there was no choice

The breakfast was served at the restaurant next door and had no options. All guests were served the same breakfast. The pillows could have been better. The shower was good, but the small glass wall allowed water all over the bathroom floor.

Staff is great and very helpful. Location is great ,and metro is just across street.If you are early or leaving late for your stay you can leave your luggage at no cost. Bathroom need update and shower curtain need to be replaced ASAP.Room walls need paint.Room Doors need a non slam device. Breakfast is not in the property.

Close to the center. 24h reception. Availability to check in late at night. It was a mulfunction with the lights in the bathroom which were on and off for all the nights.

The bathroom needs to be renovated. The sink was clogged and the water raised each time we used it. The shower had curtains, and it got flooded everytime we used the shower. It hadn’t dried even in 8 hours.

The most convenient location I could have imagined! Very nice staff. Very informative and welcoming. The shower was very very small. And the built in soap dispenser and the bottom of our shower curtain had soap scum and mold on it. Other than that everything else was fine. Definitely a short term stay kind of place.

The staff, Anna, Sergio and Phillipe could not have done more for us. Great directions, help with the Metro, places to visit etc all made this stay memorable. I cannot say how much they made our stay in the City such a fantastic time!! The cleaning staff are great, the location is central to everything and we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves... You will love this hotel, great value!!

Great location, comfortable bed, quiet in the middle of the city, nice balcony, friendly staff, warm shower The breakfast was too small, containing only 1 croissant, 1 roll, 1 coffee, 1 slice of ham & 1 slice of cheese though the large glass of orange juice was very nice & fresh

Perfect location for getting around Porto and beyond. A major metro station was across the street. Tourist areas within walking distance. Hotel met all our needs for comfort and cleanliness
