We welcomed the washing machine and the free storage room which you can use after the check-out. The breakfast was great. The shower is not very practical, without any doors, so the water is leaking. And we missed a big pot.

Very nice, very clean great location & we had everything we needed - even a washer & drying rack. FREE, great breakfast!! Eggs, bacon & all other kinds of other traditional breakfast things. Easy arrangements made if you arrive late. We couldn’t stay longer. Porto & Spot Hotel great!!

Excellent location, the metro station is a minute away and most attractions are within walking distance, breakfast was very good and there's so many options for restaurants and cafes around.The apartment was spotless with big windows, the beds were comfy and the shower was good. This is a great option if you are looking to stay in a central location in Porto. Nothing.

You really do get what you pay for here. The apartment is quite basic: the beds are on the smaller side, the pillows are a bit lumpy, and the breakfast is simple rather than extensive. The two beds in the so-called kids’ room are especially small. That said, everything was very clean, which we appreciated, and the location is excellent—easy to get around Porto from here. The service was also very good: friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. A nice bonus was that each room has its own air-conditioning control, which made it easy to stay comfortable. Also worth noting: the sofa bed converted into a genuinely comfortable sleeping option, better than expected. Overall, a solid choice if you prioritize location, cleanliness, and service over luxury.

Breakfast was very good (pancakes, waffles, bacon, eggs, cereal, pastries, orange juice, coffee machine Apartment was spacious and had everything you needed to have a nice stay. Apartment is centrally located just outside of the busy touristy areas but within a 5-10 min walk to many attractions. Wasn't a fan of the water heater which limited the amount of hot water we could use for our showers for the 5 of us.

The apartment was opposite the road from the train station which brings you directly to the airport, with a bus stop outside the door. It was also very centrally located, a very walkable city

Great location and value. Breakfast was delicious and conveniently located in the same building. The lounge and storage area is safe and comfortable while waiting for your room. Washing machine is conveniently located in its own room with shelves and a drying rack. Newly renovated and very clean linens and apartment. Spacious with lots of wardrobe space and they have complementary shower gel and shampoo. And enough towels and toilet paper for every guest. Staff is amazingly courteous and helpful. Grocery store located downstairs in the strip mall along with restaurant and shops. Metro across the street and every imaginable landmark to visit is in walking distance! Outdoor noise. Since you are on a main road with the metro station directly in front of the apartment, the cars and people roaming the streets can be heard through the windows even with the shutters pulled down. If you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue. Also, the 2 twin beds merged together to make a king size were not very comfortable. Couch sofa bed was ok. Dish cloth in the kitchen would be useful and also a garbage bin.

Spacious, good value, easy contactless check-in and check-out, close to public transport. We didn’t use it, but lots of storing space and washing machine would be interesting for longer stays! Noise (1st floor facing main road), some marks of water damage on the floor, basic breakfast, pillows

Good location, clean room, and comfortable bed. Nothing major, everything was fine for a short stay.(3-4) days.

We are completely impressed with all the staff welcoming and friendly attitude towards us from checked in to checked out. The hotel has easy access to grocery stores, train station , souvenir shop and most of all very walkable to the city that most first time visitor wants to see. The place is very spacious ,clean and well maintained. And You are welcome to go around the city while waiting for check in time without worrying about where to keep your luggage.The place is gonna take care of it for you.
