Comfortable, clean and well located. Close to. restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and transportation. . Cleanliness was spotless. The staff was communicative, helpful and provided prompt solutions to a minor issue I reported. Check-in was frictionless.

Very comfortable beds and we loved the proper window shutters that enabled a quiet dark room for good night sleep :) The apartment was very clean (apart from the dishes :( - that's probably on the previous guests though) and housekeeping staff offered assistance multiple times during our 4-night-stay. Both rooms have individual AC, but actually the ground floor apartment is so well situated, that we didn't need one even during a real 35 degree heatwave. The location is not most central, but then again it's a more quiet area. You can really enjoy the terrace and nice garden for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Bus stop is right in front of the building and metro station ~400m away and just a few stops to the center. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so very convenient in every way. The kitchenette is a small one, for example no stove (only a microwave oven), but you have all the other basics.

The space was beautiful, with nice furniture . We liked the backyard it was lovely. We stayed in 2 rooms. One of them (room no.3) smelled from mold.

The location, the gorgeous house and it s backyard, easy to check in/out. They even had a kid ´s barrier to be placed on the hallway leading to the stairs. Honestly, I would have to be picky to point out negative points (noisy AC units, small shower).

The bed was super comfortable! The best I slept in ever, I think. Self check in and out was easy. The room was nice and clean. The windows had good sound isolation. The room had a high ceiling and high big windows. The only small thing we didn’t like was that the cost of the parking behind the garden provided by the hotel was too high.

Nice room. Good location. Fair price. No issues checking in. Heating got turned off middle of the night so the room was very cold in the morning.

Atmospheric tenement house. We felt like we were in a house run by a mysterious poltergeist. That's the type of mood. It fits Porto very well. We really liked the simply furnished room. And the very high ceilings, which gave it even more space. Comfortable balcony, which was always cooler than the street. Bathroom slightly below standard. Comfortable parking space is at the back of the garden. The metro station is quite a walk away and it's probably better to use buses. The stop is right in front of the building. We rested comfortably there, after a whole day of walking around Porto. It was nice.

Except the soundproofing ( from outside it was ok but from inside of the building we got woken up at 6am by some very noise people), very comfy and nice!

Lots of stairs to get to top floor. A bit far from the main tourists areas, but reachable by metro which is a reasonable walk

We love the location, very easy to access, full of nice restaurants, coffee shops and shopping malls. The building is nice, with beautiful backyard. We felt the place was not clean enough, with dust in the bed headboard, mold in shower and the backyard was not in conditions to be used, because the furniture was destroyed, cars parked in the garden at times.

Beautiful building and apartment. Comfortable bed, coffee machine with few coffee pads available (&kettle) + few kitchen supplies in a kitchen cupboard. Gorgeous garden and parking for an additional reasonable cost. Spacious flat and shower. Smooth self check in. Everything was great
