Excellent location by the river, and our room had a view to the river - A+! Breakfast is really good, has a lot of options and it's delicious..! Not a deal breaker at all, but the bathroom's window is also facing the square and it's not exactly private - u have to keep the blinds down at all times...!

Everything was amazing! The location is perfect, the hotel is super clean, and our room had an awesome view of the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, they even let us check in early, which we were so grateful for. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Location. It was in a loud area but the noise died down by 10:00 PM. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Location is very good, close to the Ribera, and the River, but at the base of a steep slope, additionally, close to riverfront and all the loud music and crowd. Regarding access, it is accessible by taxi but not uber, one has to climb up to the cross-section of Ribeira and Sao Juau street. Rooms are very small, and once you place your luggage you do not have enough room to move around. Shower stall is extremely small and cramped, Ther was no shower head, we took a bath with help of hand held, device.

Location was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffett breakfast was great! Lack of counter space in the bathroom. It would have been helpful to have hooks to use in the bathroom to hang clothes, toiletry bag, etc. since there was no counter space or shelving.

They serve an excellent breakfast. Easy to navigate our way around Porto. We could come and go as we pleased. Wish we could have had a balcony with our great view.

The staff especially Roberto manager was great very accommodating. The room was perfect with a amazing view. The hotel was very quite inside and in the middle of everything. No common space or bar.

The seagulls are loud at night but it didn't affect my overall stay.

Excellent location Noise from singers in the plaza below and the seagulls during the night. Windows do not provide much sound barrier. WiFi in the room was not good
