Onefam Ribeira

Great staff, very social and friendly culture at the hostel. Also liked that they had A/C, provided a meal, and had many events for folks to meet and interact.

A special thank you to all the staff and especially to the volunteer Heloise, who was always kind, positive, and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. I also really appreciated the little things, such as being able to borrow a sun umbrella for free, which was very useful for my beach days. The hostel is clean, well-organized, and perfectly located in the beautiful Ribeira area. I arrived alone but left feeling like I had gained a second family. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling solo.

A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to Heloise, whose energy, friendliness, and dedication made the experience even more special. The staff genuinely care about their guests and do everything they can to help. The location is fantastic, the hostel is clean and comfortable, and the social environment is exceptional. I arrived as a solo traveler and left feeling like I was saying goodbye to friends and family. I couldn't recommend OneFam Ribeira more highly! :)

Great energy, very social vibes, and mega kind staff! Big thanks to all the lovely staff members and volunteers : Gabi, Isadora, Oli, Valeria, Fiona, Sara, and Heloisa! Wonderful location, very central to all the main tourist attractions. The AC in the rooms was very welcome! Cleaning happens every day, so the hostel remains mostly very clean. Free dinners, and tons of both daytime group visits and nighttime party activities, every day. Not much honestly, just the elevator not working for the first days of my stay. But they did their best, and it actually got repaired by the end of my stay, so can't blame them!

Very social atmosphere with very friendly staff! Loved the organized events for the guests including daytime activities, nightly family dinners, and drinking games for those who want to participate. Location is excellent - very close to Sao Bento station and the Cathedral of Porto! N/A

Fantastic location, comfortable beds, the staff were fantastic - Mal and Zoe were so lovely and incredible welcome, all the staff were fantastic and so helpful with recommendations! Fantastic location, family dinners were so fun and great hostel group events! Would recommend to any friends and would definitely go back

The building is pretty with “caves” and stones. Our room was on the top 6th floor but luckily there was an elevator to the floor below so we only had to carry our luggage up one flight. I’m not sure there’s enough bathrooms for everyone. The room had air conditioning but you had to have the front desk turn it on, off, and change it for you.

I really enjoyed my stay! The hostel is exceptional, and I’ll definitely be coming back. The team was super welcoming and the facilities were great. A special shout-out to Yule, who was absolutely amazing and made the experience even better!

I only stayed for one night, but the hostel seemed pretty fun in a good location, with plenty of social activities and good rooms and facilities. The light bulb in the bathroom was not working, but it was fine as they put a lamp instead. All in all, would definitely recommend this hostel to stay at in Porto!

Excellent location, and my room had a fabulous view! The stairs were a little narrow, but it’s a cool old building, so that’s to be expected. It was an awesome space!

Amazing people, location and vibes. Onefam is absolutely the best! Mel, Asia, Arthur and all the team are incredible and really makes u feel home!

I had a great stay at Onefam Porto. The atmosphere was amazing, very friendly and social, and the hostel was always clean. A big thank you to all the volunteers for making this place feel like home, especially Nacho, Alex, and Sara. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!
