It is in the city center, you can reach every spot by walking.

The location is optimal to explore Porto. We didnt have clear instructions for the check-in, it was very confusing where to go, and to figure out which was our room. When we finally got to the room, the bathroom didnt smell nice, it seemed to be a little dirty. The bath towels were tiny...

The owner canceled while I was on my way to the facility. Booking.com did not help to save the situation either: my calls were answered by AI which provided no solution to the problem. When able to speak to an agent , 3 of them of the many times I tried, the agents were from Singapore and none of them understood that without wifi, low battery and total desesperación at the time, I couldn't book on line if wifi was not available. I had told both the owner and Booking I was in a train with no reception, no wifi and my phone was running out of battery for which I had no means to go on line to book something last minute. I had to fight with the owner to provide an alternative property that was on a high floor. The whole night there were people drinking down the street, screaming on top of their lungs,, cars honking and to top it off the mini refrigerator in the room was humming all night long. I didn't like that no one was sympathetic of my situation, no solution provided, and that after such a rough time I had been through, I could sleep all night.

Perfect location. Very large room. 60 steps to room with view but this helped us get ready for Camino. Plenty of other rooms on second and third floors as well. Right next to St Nicholas church and across street from St Francis and the Palace of Bolsa

The location was good because it is close to the city center The room smells musky and it is pootly ventilated. There was mould everywhere on the walls and the walls were moist and sticky as well. The bed was also partly broken and uncomfortable. There was also no hot water in the shower and the bathroom is small and cramped.

It would have been important to inform guests in advance that the room has no proper window. The only opening was towards a closed shaft, which was also locked, leaving the space without ventilation and with a noticeable damp smell. This is not what one would reasonably expect upon arrival

The room was comfortable and clean. The bed very comfy. The staff member who helped me -- she is also a waitress at the associated Primms restaurant -- was wonderfully helpful, kind, and customer service-oriented. The location was superb for anyone wanting to be near the river or near the Porto Cathedral. I will add that their vegetarian pizza was delicious. Nothing comes to mind.

Clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. A nice bathroom. The room we got isn't exactly as the pictures, but it's a similar style.

There was no staff to greet me or explain the facilities.

Staff didn't want to help me with assistance in bags transfer (the question was about giving the bags to transfer company at 8:00 in the morning). I just didn't get any reply from staff and from booking messages.

Pimms Home Ribeira is a gem in Porto! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of comfort and style. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The food and drinks were delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and a great value. The location in Porto couldn’t be better, right in the heart of everything. A wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the city vibe. Highly recommend! It can be a little hard to find at first, tucked away on a side street, Go to the Pizza restaurant and ask for help.

The location was good and the working staff were friendly The shower wand was ripped off the wall and the drain did not drain. The tap faucet was also broken. The floors are broken so had to cover them so we did not trip. Given 1 towel for 5 nights and half roll toilet paper. No wifi and tv’s did not work. Dirt and dust everywhere. We left one day early as it was just a horrible experience. Management did not help and no refund given. They just didn’t care.

Decent room for the price, excellent location, and clean.

The room was well decorated and clean. First, there is a serious safety issue that needs to be addressed immediately. There is no governor on the water temperature. I almost burned myself badly in the shower at first. My wife did burn herself because the side of the controls with the hot water flow in the shower is very hot to the touch. Her side touched against it and left a burn mark. Overall, I can't tell you who worked there. There was no to greet us when we arrived. The young waiter we showed our reservation didn't about our stay. There was no welcome letter explaining how things work. We never had breakfast because we rarely saw anyone in the kitchen in the morning. The WiFi and TV did not work in the room either. I tried every possibility of the handwritten WiFi password and it didn't work. I couldn't tell you who was in charge of the place.

Excellent location. Nothing.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the river. The room is good size. The host is very nice and helpful. However, everything is old and falling apart. it’s so noisy, from the street, if you are a light sleeper, don’t even consider. There is a small fan in the room for ventilation, can’t open the window due to the noise. I didn’t have good sleep the whole time I’m there.

A small, simple but neat hotel to stay in Porto. Excellent location, close to everything. Our room was spacious and we even had a tiny balcony. It could have been nice to have a small fridge in the room but we could manage without it:) The bed was really confi. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay at.

The location is in the city center The staff asked to pay city tax in cash. I rather pay if off with credit card but the staff asked me to go to 0.2 miles away money exchange to get Euro.
