The location was very good, very central. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We requested a room at the back of the hotel as we understood it would be quieter. The room was dark with a slight smell. It was very basic and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Huge double quilts on single beds. Quite uneccessary. The view was a construction site which was very noisy from early morning. There was coffee making facilites but only one sachet of coffee each and one tiny evaporated milk each. The room wasn't cheap by any means and it's the small things that matter to guests. Not being made to wait until exactly 3pm to check in was a little extreme. Overall a good experience but for the price I expected a little better.

Location only No coffee machine Hard bed Two tiny milk capsules and staff rude when asking for more at the front desk Female staff were lovely, one male staff was so rude I would never come back because of him

The location was great. Daily room service. Staff was very helpful.

Location The hotel is located on a very noisy street, which is something to consider, as there is constant noise 24/7. We were not provided with slippers or bathrobes, as they are reportedly reserved only for premium rooms. Additionally, water leaks out of the shower area while bathing; we had to place towels on the floor to prevent it from flooding into the room

Safe, easy to get to, everything we needed was in the room, lovely staff, great location!

Location is ideal. Right beside the river I stayed there for a week. Room was very poky and dark. No privacy when in the bathroom. Staff are very nice and accommodating but probably not the best option for a long term stay

Breakfast was great and cleanliness/decor The only thing that could have been improved was that we had hand lotion instead of soap im our bathroom

The location was excellent and the staff very welcome. The room was quiet, as I had requested. The room was dark and dingy as the window faced an enclosed shaft.
