In a brilliant location. Looks good on the outside. It employs Jackie! And Louis thankfully View from our room is beautiful The bed is too high!!! Floors in bathroom and shower are dangerous when wet!! Room decor is horrible No space for clothes so we could not unpack. Air-conditioning is terrible - turns off every 2 hours!! And when you wake up sweating you have to climb out of bed and turn it on. Then the thing defaults to 19 and you might freeze for 2 hours!!! Diabolical We were there 4 days - housekeeping didn't come one day even though we spoke to her in reception and reminded her to do our room. On another day she didn't leave any toilet paper. We expected more from this hotel for the money! If it wasn't for Jackie we may have checked out early. Give Jackie a payrise and make her the general manager! Shame on you Exmo. And how can you have a hotel on a busy Street with no safe drop off or pick up?

Good location. Amazing view of the River from our room. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good AC. Friendly staff. We didn’t buy the breakfast with the room. To add it would have been 20€ per person per day. A bit too high.

The hotel location was close to the waterfront and also restaurants and local market. The dining room was large and very nice. Hotel had Air conditioning which was great with the heat wave this summer. Upscale hotel with a few lobby changes would greatly improve property. Hotel lobby was weird and only had a small desk that was in the dinner room. The hotel building main door was blocked off which was a little strange. Did not feel classy and was confusing trying to find the hotel entrance. Also could use better hotel signage which would give the hotel more prestige and make it easy for guests to find.

Ideal location, brand new hotel, rooms perfectly clean

The location was great. Great restaurants in Porto. Beautiful city well worth a visit. Breakfast was poor. There was limited food choices and my breakfast (eggs and bacon) was very over cooked on two mornings. Apparently the chef was off.

Perfect location near the river and so many restaurants. We had two separate rooms with their own uniqueness. I can’t say enough about this place and highly recommend it to others. There was nothing to dislike.

The location was ideal. It was very comfortable because we were able to adjust the ac to our preference. Extremely clean. There’s nothing I didn’t like.

The location was ideal to the water front and we were aware there was some walking up hill to get to the other parts of the city however I think we under estimated the hills. If you have issues walking not for you however if you can get up those hills in the morning when cooler that’s the best way. Hotel had a lot of positives we had the one and only balcony room which I loved as we came back after a day of walking grabbed drinks from little shop next door and sat on the balcony watching the activity on the water. No sunset though sadly from the balcony. Large room and bathroom. Friendly staff and the breakfast was lovely. One thing with the balcony room there is no curtain on the very large glass door so all the light from across the river pours in and if you need darkness to sleep this can be an issue. I like a dark room so this did not suit me. Some shades need to be added in my opinion
