Wonderful design, superb, friendly staff, an exceptionally clean and well presented hotel in a perfect location. We had a fabulous stay that couldnt have been improved in any way, so sorry to leave but fully intend to return. Everything was outstanding

The staff were good and the location is ideal for exploring Porto. The reception and communal area were easily accessible. The room was deluxe on 5th floor with a balcony and landmark view. The balcony was less than a 1m depth and had a solid wall over 1.2m high so I couldn't see much over it and the view was the building opposite. The street below was very busy and the traffic noise was loud and went on all night. There was a coffee machine but the pods were not restocked and I was disappointed as this is usually included in 4 star hotels. The room had little storage, just a hanging rail but not a shelf or drawer or even anywhere to store a suitcase. I had to live out my suitcase on the floor. The toilet/sink and shower were separate with no privacy in the shower. You had to exit the shower wet straight into the room to get a towel.
