Room Select Porto Suites

Location and spacious. The whole unit smelled damp. Shower curtain was disgustingly moldy with visible mold growing at the bottom portions of the curtains. A vent may be needed. Using the shower wet the entire restroom area. There was not containment of the water, therefore tile was very slippery. The kitchen sink smelled.

The space and it was clean The AC was NOT working

Suite location fantastic, central and near most attractions in Porto City. Area with several parking spaces, and near Restaurants and supermarkets.

Nice, comfortable, clean place, really close to metro station. Walkable distance to several sites Front desk is not in the same building, you have to walk about 100m form check-in and check-out

The staff was lovely, super helpful and accommodating :) will definitely come back because of that

It was well located. Bed was comfortable I had asked for a room away from elevator and away from street. We were right beside elevator and facing the street. We had asked room service not to come in as there was no do not disturb sign, but they came in anyway. There was a bad smell coming from bathroom.

At night or in the evenings it can get a bit strange with many people wandering/sleeping around the entrance or up and down the street, but it's probably a general problem in the neighborhood and nothing really bad happened. Still, it might be a good idea to also have someone present at the front desk of the Suites, not just at the main Hotel reception. Also, the air ventilator goes on and off automatically at random times during the day, and it can get a bit loud and annoying. But other than that, all was great.

Spotlessly clean, lovely to have fresh towels each of the 2 days, 12 pm checkout great. Soulless. It was strange having no staff on site and an empty reception area with only a phone on a table. The view from the window was pretty depressing.

n/a Staff was horrendous and unhelpful. Asked multiple times for towels - got no help. Check in at another building was also horrendous considering a reminder via email or a note on the entrance would help and dragging luggage with no help from two distant buildings was awful. Would not recommend.

The room was comfortable, and the staff in front desk was great. Nothing to mention, really.

The location was very good The window was not great at keeping the street noise away throughout the night. The road outside of the property is very busy, even in the small hours. Loud motorbikes, cars and people were waking my wife and I up every night.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, even allowing us an extra 30 minutes for checkout, which was a thoughtful gesture.​ The location is perfect, with the reception area conveniently situated just a five-minute walk from the apartments. This setup was ideal for storing our luggage and provided a comfortable waiting area with restrooms before heading to the airport.​ The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The complimentary water, coffee, and chocolate were delightful touches that made us feel genuinely cared for, something even pricier hotels often overlook.​ While the room could benefit from a few minor improvements, overall, everything was excellent. Considering the price, especially compared to other cities and countries, we received outstanding value for our money.​ Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

Great location - close to all main attractions, but one block away from the main streets which greatly reduced the noise. A lovely apartment, I especially liked the area right next to the window where you can sit or lay down comfortably

Very modern, roomy & in an excellent location - a 5 minute walk to the Trinidade metro station which we used every day. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The exhausts in the bathroom & kitchen didn’t seem to work well but we have reported it to the management and they promised to get it fixed.
