Location is good, near public transport and trains. Cleanliness was not bad, however the state of the appliances and furniture was not up to a 4 star hotel at all.The glass of the shower box was missing, i found a piece of glass in the shower, it could have been very dangerous.The furniture in the bathroom is almost rotting. The air con was not working. To switch it on or change the temperature you have to call reception everytime. It switches off by itself,so during the night the temperature goes up and up. On top of all this, either booking.com or the hotel had a data breach and my personal data has been stolen (3 unkown numbers have been contacting me about my holiday in Porto,knowing my exact dates in room Select Porto), and i am still waiting for a proper reply.

the rooms had everything needed and are very clean! the view from the rooms is beautiful. breakfast was everything needed.

I said there was parking at the hotel... when we arrived there were no spaces!!! I booked this hotel specifically because of the parking!!! The service at the reception leaves much to be desired, they speak very badly, and if you have any more questions you say you are bothering!!!!, very small rooms!!! we were not satisfied at all Reception staff very rude!!!!

Staff, location, breakfast, bed comfort, were all very good Carpets in hallways were badly stained and gave a poor first impression. These should be replaced. Shower door broken in room.

The hotel had a really nice and modern look from the inside. Staff was super friendly and happy to help with everything. Breakfast had a good amount of options to choose from.

Location. Clean rooms. Views. Access to breakfast room at all times. Staff friendly. Refilled our own water bottles with cold fresh water. Breakfast was a bit limited. Not much choice of fruit. Rooms not cleaned every day. 3/4 days room cleaned. Missed one day. Bottled water only supplied on first day.

Everything was perfect, the room was big with an amazing view and the bed very comfortable. The location is fine and it's a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. The only problem was the Wi-Fi that was diconnecting every 5 minutes. It didn't bother me but if someone wanted to work from their room they'd have to get another connection.
