The ATM in the lobby and the gym. The lighting in the room was awful! They had this mood-changing lighting. The bathroom was two frosted glass boxes. One for the john and the other for the shower stall. Do not go here if you like a bit of privacy with the bathroom and the bedroom.

Location Just one of the receptionist was quite strange she sent us to the parking without clear directions and we end up paying for entering a different building. After that she gave us a map with specific instructions. We did skip housekeeping but they said the voucher was for food only at the time we were departing from the hotel.
-
Lighting- it was difficult to navigate the switches and turn on or off the lights you wanted to use
-
Bath room without privacy, the door couldn’t locked and it’s a partition this glass not really bathroom
-
had challenges with lighting and controls in room, the refrigerator wasn’t working so informed staff and they replaced it. i never seemed to really keep it cool enough!

The bed was comfortable, the restaurant in the roof top was extremely good and the staff very friendly. The room was very small. Pictures does not provide the actual size.

Location, clean, service, rooftop and ambience. N/A

Very clean nice location and roof top bar was a plus nothing

The breakfast was dece g The bed was extremely uncomfortable it was actually a pull out bed from a sofa . The room was very high tech with lots of touch screen gadgets however the shower was basic as was the bathroom .

Was modern, clean and we were provided with a chair so my husband could shower safely. The facility in the hotel were very good. The breakfast was excellent. The lighting in the room was not enough but the room was great. The initial staff that we met was polite but not very communicative. When we asked for directions she did not bother to explain the location. She thrust a map at us with no explanation. We spent an hour trying to find where our meeting point for the tour was. She could have made more effort to guide us so consequently we didn’t not have enough time to explore Porto.

The breakfast was very complete with lots of fresh fruit, granola, eggs, bacon, pastries, ect. Really nothing. It met our expectations.

- Hotel theme was fun and colorful - Bed was super comfortable and adjustable! - Location was incredible, just a 5 minute walk from the Trindade station - Great TV with smart features - The bathroom and toilets are sort of “integrated” in the room. They feel like part of the room as if you’re using the toilet inside your bedroom and not in a separate division. It felt weird. - Shower pressure was quite low - The light controls could improve

Location is near the center. They give you a new bottle of water every time they come in to clean. The led lights system is nice. Very tech-y hotel.
-
The Location, it’s very close to metro station and most of the tourists attractions on walking distance.

The breakfast was very good. Good selection. The location is excellent; downtown , walking distance to the major sights. We liked our stay at the hotel very much and would recommend it to anyone visiting Porto.

Everything was just perfect! Rooms are new decorated, with amazing toilet and shower, beds are comfortable and everything looks new and extremely clean. Breakfast was great! They also have a really good gym!

Stayed 4 nights. Great hotel. Really nice and clean

The staff was incredible and very helpful. Good location for cost. Clean. Glass doors on the shower and toilet. Low privacy. Bed was hard for me but my partner loved it.

Not much! This so called hotel masquerades as a 'Tech'hotel for young travellers with bright neon lights etc but that should fool no one at all! The bathroom has no hangers for towels, and no space for privacy to dry oneself. Our room had a useless area with an armchair to make it look good. We used it for living out of suitcases as the cupboard is not enough. The food at the restaurant, where you cannot sign for food on your room, is at best dull and boring. There are no bedside tables to talk off except for a long 'trough' type thing that is useless. Maybe I am a little old for this hotel, but after a lifetime managing and opening hotels from the four star the luxury and Spa resorts, I find it difficult to see the message of 'hotel for young travellers.....don't let them pull the wool over your eyes.
