The architecture and also the room that was clean. Idk.

This is a green and quiet oasis in the centre of Porto. The modern building (where we stayed) is very comfortable and the historical building (where we had breakfast) is spectacular. I did not choose the exceptional rate (10) just because of the following two issues I did not like: (1) The breakfast is rather poor (no fried eggs, no fish, no pastel de nata, low quality jams and honey). (2) One is supposed to leave the key at the reception every time when leaving the object.

I did not like the 4 flights of stairs, no lift. The bed is not comfortable, the mattress needs to be changed. Water pressure was very low.

We loved it here! So clean, beautiful, and wonderful!! Elena and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful. We didn’t want to leave!!

The property is amazing. The rooms really clean, comfy bed and pillows. The bath super clean. The breakfast was nice, definitely enough to start your day.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We wanted to stay another night and they were able to get us a room even though they were booked full. The breakfast room ambience was amazing as well as the food! I didn't have any thing I did not like

The property is perfectly situated walking distance from everything. The staff were stellar. Accommodations clean and comfortable. The grounds are spectacular. The service and food at the restaurant were wonderful. School across the street caused some congestion out front but that’s about it.

Very comfortable and unique accommodations. Super friendly staff who were always available. Breakfast was delicious and there’s a great restaurant on site. All good!

Ample gardens, great service by breakfast people and front desk especially Claudio. Was given a room in the castle and was very comfortable It was not well located by easily to get to the points of interests by Uber

The hotel is a beautiful ornate villa with gardens in the middle of the city, very unusual, and we had a room in the tower with two balconies and amazing views over the city. Staff, the breakfast, the bar/ restaurant that we had dinner in were all great and in the US you would pay triple the price for this experience so I’m happy to come back… The bed was somewhat hard and uncomfortable

A historic castle that worth staying. Staffs were helpful in general except don’t allow me to shorten my stay due to unforeseen changes in my travel plan. Need to walk a long way uphill
