Bathroom lighting was off, it was not possible to do make up. The breakfast was too simple. The lobby is super small and central so every time we left or entered the hotel we felt watched over.

From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by Rebecca's welcoming and warm demeanor! All the workers are professional, kind, and helpful! Make sure that you get the breakfast option, it's worth it! The hotel is super clean, smells fresh, neatly decorated, and the air quality is awesome! Love the ambiance! The bed linens are good quality, smells fresh everyday! Great space in the rooms & the beds are Comfy for a good night's sleep. The shower is excellent! The maintenance team should be commended for their attention to detail and cleanliness! Love the towels! It's truly "home away from home!" Keep up the good work! No.negative here!

Overall it was an excellent stay. No soap in the bathroom.

It was very clean, in a quiet area of the city about 1 KM from many restaurants and about 1.5 KM from the river where there were even more shops and restaurants. The lighting was poor and was decorated in dark colors which did not help the lighting.

the location, the best. the breakfast amazing. the decoration and all the building sooo nice! The bedroom so comfortable and beautiful. We really enjoyed it. why not a gym? or sauna?

Good rooms and great location Nothing bad

I was upgraded to a quite and it was really lovely, but the room had a sulfur smell that was hard to get rid of. I often opened the door to the patio area to try to air it out, but it was largely ineffective. I would have been upset if I'd paid the upfront price of that room. Minor design details (like inconvenient towel hooks and no soap in the shower, just locked in by the sink so I had to find a way to get the container to the shower) show that this is a property designed by someone who hasn't used hotel properties like this often.

Staff were excellent. Continental breakfast was superb. The breakfast restaurant was very cramped during breakfast times.. limited space causes issues and bottlenecks around food serving areas and the coffee machine.

It's well maintained, clean and has nice design, really love the interior materials. Stuff is very customer oriented. - The breakfast did not meet my expectations. Don't get me wrong, it's good but I expected much more after reading reviews and when a receptionist specifically highlighted the quality and variety of it. - Pillows could be more comfy (at least in my opinion and case) - I'm not a big fan of the way hotel beds are made, with multiple layers - sheets, another sheet and a duvet - all tucked in so tightly that everything feels stuck together.

Modern boho charm. Great breakfast buffet. Nice bathroom and room. Loved that they serve port wine in evenings. No complaints - I’d return if I return to Porto. Maybe only it was a shorter walk to sights? Nothing to improve upon.

We had a very short stay in Porto, but this hotel was perfect for a quick stop in the city. The room was clean, neat, and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the location, it’s truly exceptional and very central, making it easy to explore Porto even if you only have a short amount of time. Everything felt conveniently close. The bed was very comfortable, which we really appreciated after a long day of traveling. The service was also great, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice as well, with a good start to the day before heading out to explore. If you're visiting Porto and looking for a place with an excellent location, especially for couples who enjoy traveling and exploring the city, this is definitely a great place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

Excellent Location. Walkable to many places of interest. Close to the market area for leisurely strolling.. Superb staff. Very helpful, always with a smile. Very nice, generous breakfast offering. Small crowded reception area. Street access requiring use of a few stairs. Limited Restaurant facilities.
