The room and bathroom was big and it had nice views. It had all the essentials of a hotel. The whole hotel feels like it needs a renovation. Starting from the front desk. There is a room when you enter the hotel but no one sits there, the next room is where you will find reception. The elevator is from last century. It doesn't even go to 13th floor where the restaurant is. Luckily we were staying on 12th floor and just had to climb 1 floor with stairs. The room is super outdated with things that I have not seen in my lifetime, there was some sort of radio looking thing under the telephone. Walls and curtains were also crying for a renovation. I don't mean to be negative, the room had everything you need, it just feels like from the last century and I hope the owners can take this as feedback and upgrade it a bit. There is hige potential because the room was huge with great view and they also have free parking.

The view was amazing, everything was so clean It’s a little bit off dated but for the price it totally worth it

Hotel Miradouro was a time capsule going back to the 1960s. It wasn’t too far from the airport, and it was located close to sites. It was clean and comfortable. Price is reasonable. We were only there for a night. Our room had windows wall to wall so we had a gorgeous view of Porto. The top floor has a restaurant with fabulous food, views, and service! We were treated very well.

There was a lot of building work going on. The hotel was right up the top of Porto so not good for walking.

The view is fabulous and Staff are great, very polite and nice people.

Everything is extremely old.

The breakfast was very limited and the rooms are a bit old, the walls need a little painting. I also noticed small sparks coming from the sockets when plugging in my charger.

The reception people and the room service lady are very friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was very poor The hotel is old and the furniture is very old especially the air blower I. The toilets

This property was great for the one night we spent there. We booked a triple room (1 bed each person) and a double room (for my husband and I). The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was included with our reservation which was a pleasant surprise. Great options, everything tasted great, and the view was breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay. We found the beds to be too soft for our personal preference. However they may have been changing the mattresses as my parents 2 beds were perfect and firm.

It is an old hotel and it has old style furniture but it was clean, it was cheap ,it had parking included, we stayed at the 10th floor so we had a great view, it had breakfast at the 13th floor with a great view. The ventilation system was noisy and the bed seemed old.

The city view from hotel is fantastic.

Free parking and breakfast. Comfortable bed. Room was bigger than expected. Very dated. Carpet was threadbare. Furniture was from the 70s but functional.

Location and views Well the hotel is old but still has so much character, great views and good location and for the price I don't think there is anything I can really say
-
The only think I like was that the staff was very nice an the restaurant has a nice view Where to start… 1. Elevator barely worked (sometimes only did go up and not down) 2. Restaurant’s carpet was dirty (it was clear that it had not been vacuumed or swept) 3. Rooms super old, they only have side-beds lamps but not a proper light.

The view in the room and breakfast room are amazing, with panoramic windows. Basic but good breakfast and nice staff. ..

Authentic hotel. Nice staff. Great price and amazing view of Porto city from the 11th floor windows.☀️

View over Porto exceptional, on 11th floor, and given room overlooking down town and river. Breakfast on 13th floor view even better with window full length of room. Quality of food very good for the price, staff serving breakfast and cleaners always pleasant. Room excellent bed comfortable, room spacious, good TV, bathroom easy to use good drying facility if wash few clothes. Reception staff just did the minimum, pleasant enough but felt they could have made more effort to for instance recommend places to visit, and engage with us

Even if it is retro, the things are not in their best condition. They should repair some stuff and give a better breakfast, which was really really poor.
