Sometimes the door to the exterior is locked and you can’t get out without pushing a button by the front desk. Also desk staff isn’t always there.

I liked the location as it was just two corners away from the center of town and close to two metro stations The beds were not very comfortable and the A/C did not work properly. The window also had some problem and could not be closed, so it was noisy and cooler in the room.

Centrally located and lots of shops, cafes and restaurants in the area. Good value for money. The street was cobbled and there was traffic throughout the night making lots of noise. The room was dated and while spotless it wasn't a very nice room.

Amazing location of the hotel. It was just 290 m from the Metro Station and 750 m from the railway station. The hotel room was clean and well maintained. The staff was also very helpful and cooperative. They even permitted us to check out in the morning and leave the luggage at Reception. The hotel room was every day with change of towels If you’re coming from the railway station, it is slightly at an uphill location

The location is great. So close to the city center. The guy from reception was great and very helpful. And we had a big terrace. We had problems with the heat. The heater did not work at all and it was very cold but the guy from reception brought us an electric heater. It was ok at the end but it took a lot to get warm.

It is close to the public transport. The room I got had access to a shared balcony with another room. The balcony door could not be locked and was meant to be locked by only putting down the blinds, which I found very strange and unsafe. The room and bathroom were not clean enough, and the sheets had stains. I was able to hear everything that was happening in the other rooms.

The location The lady at the reception didnt speak english and we couldnt communicate with her. We wanted to ask about taxi airport and she just called and booked even though we wanted only to ask, we hadnt attention of immediate reservation.

The location was great, near the center. Beds were comfortable and clean. Good stay for couples days. Smelled like humidity.
