Room was very nice. Lay out was straightforward and had enough space to move around even with many pcs of luggage. Good breakfast and attentive staff. There was an abandoned bldg nearby so it felt a bit unsafe because there were homeless people. The hotel itself is very clean and beautiful.

The room was nice but felt outdated. The mattress in my opinion was okay. What I didn’t like was that I could hear every noise from the hallway and outside it was very disruptive. I brought that up to staff and they did not offer any solutions and just apologized. While my stay wasn't terrible, it was entirely mediocre. You can easily find better accommodations in this area for a better value.

We just spent three nights in Porto, and our hotel couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was ideal—everything we wanted to see was just a 5–10 minute walk away. We were traveling with a five- and seven-year-old, and the room setup worked wonderfully for our family. The connecting rooms gave us plenty of space and made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights for our kids was the indoor pool, which was a great bonus. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and feels newly renovated. The bathrooms are beautiful, and the spa, lobby, and rooms are all thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. What really stood out was the staff—they were extremely friendly, helpful, and especially kind and welcoming to our kids, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto, especially families. Nothing not to like about the property just amazing

The property was fantastic. The food was exceptionally good. The staff went way beyond what they could have to help me out in a very bad situation and they stepped up to the plate and made it so much easier for me and my wife.

Staff was amazing, restaurant was great and we loved the “local” location! Rafael at the front desk went above and beyond to help us out!

Bedside reading lights not working. Only one coffee capsule per person per day. Poolside floor extremely slippy - my husband slipped and fell on his back which was quite frightening. Talking to other guests who had also noticed the extreme slippiness.

The service was phenomenal! I wanted to make a surprise for my partner, and everything was exceptional. The jacuzzi in the room is a must ??

The property had a great location and the room was beautiful! The only real downside to this property is that I could hear my neighbors through the wall at night.

It was cold and stormy outside, and yet It was the calmest most comfortable time and experience within the hotel. The kindest staff ready to answer all questions and making sure that everything was to our liking. The room was impecable, clean and ready for our visit. With a storm brewing outside, heavy rain and strong winds, the best place to be was in the inside pool enjoying the spa. The perfect moment to wind down and relax. Well just one thing, not a dislike per se, but be mindfull of the bar prices. Its understandable considering the high quality of the menu offer provided, but down the street we can have similar with a lower price entry point.

My experience was good overall. The facilities were good. The gym is small, but it is perfect and functional for daily workouts. The room was very clean and while small, it’s nice for a visit to Porto. ;) I didn’t like the area close to the hotel, and the fact that it didn’t have many views. There appear to be many abandoned spaces near the hotel, which is not good as a solo traveler.

I enjoyed my stay. Felt like I was at a five star hotel. The room was extremely clean. The staff were sweet and accommodating. I also love the location of the hotel. It’s in a quiet area, but a five minute or less walk to almost anywhere you want to go. Prime location!!! Everything was great

The room quality was incredible: modern, super clean, and organized. The food quality was also good, although, in my opinion, there weren't many options. The water temperature was good, and the pool area was very cozy. The hotel has an excellent location: very close to Bolhão, Rua Santa Catarina, metro station... you can walk to all these places and other points of interest, as well as supermarkets, shops, a shopping mall, and more. The initial communication was confused. They cancelled my payment through booking.com and then sent me a link to pay using their own platform. They only had few options for the dinner half-board menu, and also breakfast didn't have too many options.
