Friendly staff, good location, great breakfast Outdated rooms with lights that didn’t work, dingy

Good location, within walking distance of the main sights, and near a Metro stop. Parking in either the hotel's garage or a nearby public lot with a discount. A very good restaurant, Aquele Tasco, right accross the street. The room was comfortable and clean with the minor exception of the shower stall. Their parking lot is too small for our Toyota Camry Estate Wagon. The public parking worked for us because we did not use our car while in Porto, but if you needed to go in and out of parking, it would be a drag. Like every hotel we stayed at in Portugal, there was some mildew in the shower stall. There must be a shortage of bleach.

The location for this hotel was fantastic. It was a 10 minute walk to anything I wanted to do. The hotel is older but there is so much charm! The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t love breakfast, but that was okay. It was good for a quick bite before heading out to explore!

The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to many nearby attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Dona Graça at reception and Rose in the breakfast area for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. They really made our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was also very good, offering a satisfying start to each day. I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to the cleanliness of the rooms. While the overall stay was pleasant, more attention to detail in housekeeping would make the experience even better.

Location and building, great breakfast Nothing to dislike

Excellent location. Staff were so friendly and accommodating to any questions. 1. Lights in the bathroom flickering 2. Small fridge in the room not securely placed.It can fall on someone’s feet if wrongly opened. 3. I would prefer brighter lights. I find the room to be dark 4. The door is so dark that I find it hard to insert the room key into the slot. For a senior like myself, maybe install a dim light by the door??

The location is perfect because few streets and you are already in the walking streets within the Center. The hotel price didn't match the facilities provided. You can have better breakfast outside if you pay similar or few Euros extra. The price as compared to the services and facilities.

Very old air conditioner, did not work. Too warm for my comfort. Floor not very clean in room, a lot of long hairs on the floor and shower floor.
