The hotel staff especially at the reception is the best asset of this hotel . The location is excellent It needs refurbishment especially the equipment as I understand that’s an old building.

The room was nice and big, the bathroom too. Straightforward working airconditioning. The location was perfect, in the city center, but mostly a quiet street. The hotel has a parking on site, which was a must for us. The breakfast had a wide variety of sweet bread and pastries. The whole building and therefore the rooms are dated, which some might say adds to the charm.

The breakfast was quite good. The hotel allowed us early check in at 11.00 and special thanks them for it. Tha staff are very friendly. Location is very good. Near the hotel is a big trade center, where is everything food, clothes and many shops. Very close to all the sightseeings.

Beautiful intimate place. We only stayed one night but I would recommend it for 2-3 nights if you are staying in the region

We picked this hotel because of the location and free parking. I booked 2 rooms and for some reason booking.com had one person in each room. I had to pay extra at the hotel. The parking place is very narrow and limited. Be careful where you park. Breakfast was very simple but edible. Rooms and breakfast

Generally was good value for money there were some uplift works ongoing but these did not affect us as such. Furnishings were adequate and comfortable, room was clean. Receptionists were exceptionally helpful and a credit to the hotel Could have been more generous with bathroom soap, shower and shampoo items. Ideally but understand not so normal in Portugal, a kettle etc or rather facilities to make a hot beverage would be an great improvement.
