There was no window, dirty room, hair in the bathroom, air was really bad in the room, but location was great. :)

This was the first and last time I will stay at this place. I travel quite a lot to Porto and this was so far the worst place I stayed. My room had no outside window, in fact the window was to the corridor,where everyone walk. I could hear all the noises from people passing by. In addition, the floor was not well clean, I saw many hairs. To complete my stay, I order breakfast which was not delivery to me, after asking the refund, the host agreed to give me the 8€ back but I only got 0,74€.

Not really what advertised. It was like a shoe box and the windows looked out to the stairs of people. Overall not a good value for the price paid.

Room wasn't cleaned when I arrived. Hard to get in contact with anyone. Met an English couple who's room wasn't ready and cleaned for 3pm check-in. Was about 2hrs later after 5pm before room was ready I had stayed here a few times in the past and this was the first time this happened

Great room and location, but awkward to get in initially. Couldn’t even get in to drop my bag off and got stuck in torrential rain as had to wait for a code to be emailed. Tried calling the number but they said I needed to wait for email so wasn’t a great start getting soaked!

Nice location, easy to reach I had the room with a window giving out on the interior staircase and it was so noisy. I was woken up multiple times from people heavily walking by. The shower could have been cleaner. Way too many messages sent by the “AI Assistant” that didn’t even apply to me.

Comfortable bed and a nice location. Haven't seen any staff, (online check in without reception). Online they replied quickly. But no personal contact. Bathroom (shower) was a little moldy.
