Location. Room size (we had double rooms + living room with kitchen). Roof top terrace. Breakfast. Overall the design (someone might find it a bit old style and cold). Materials used. Isolating windows.

Wonderful location, clean house, modern utilities. I don't have anything to say. Maybe a more diversified tools in the kitchen for preparing some food.

The apartment is very spacious and quiet. It has a lovely terrace on the roof with comfy chairs that no one seems to use. Everything was very clean. There is no coffee maker of any kind. You should not expect to cook in the kitchen, it is more appropriate for chilling your wine and reheating leftovers.

Check-in details are clear. They have a store room for your luggages before check in and after check out. Bed is ok. -No toilet paper holder- the toilet paper roll is just placed somewhere in the bathroom. - Only one light in the living room and the pantry. Too dark and depressing. - no proper dining table, only a folding one attached to the AC vent and only one supporting post. -small living and dining area; very small pantry. - sofa needs better vacuuming - there are some dark sediments coming out of the kettle after boiling the water -fridge is only a mini fridge like those in hotels.

Big and quiet. Nice location. wierd bathroom with a big window with a curtain. Not enough pillows

It’s located on a quiet street with a calme vibe. 5 min walk to metro station where you can go to airport without transfer. 5 min walk to Mercado do Bolhão and Capela de Santa Catarina. Close to supermarket. Coup de cœur: cute rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the city. Hotel manager responsive although it’s a self-checkin hotel. Decoration simple but with decent quality. Not super clean but bearable. Just some minor issues, no big deal… - Some furniture damaged, but the manager quickly sent someone to repair it. - It would be nice to be able to lock the room door from inside.

Nice design. I would like to have a more private bathroom but it was again okay. They also had materials for cooking which were very convenient. You could hear everything! There is no noise isolation at all and the towels were wet which means that either they left from the previous ones or they didn't dry them properly. Also they had left the garbage from the previous visitors! ? Finally, there were stains on the weight duvet..

Small, but had everything we needed, including a fridge, stove and microwave, and the bed was super comfy!

The location was great! Restaurants, cafés, surrounded us. The apartment is big, private, well furnished, airy and natural light. Rooftop terrace is lovely!

Good location, Breakfast was brilliant! Rooms suited our needs.

Property was centrally located, very clean but there is a humidity issue in the second room that we stayed in. I liked that it had a kitchenette but it would be nice if it was well supplied Nothing that I can think of really. Just wished i had enough kitchen utensils to make basic meals

The location was great. Close to Bolhao Market, shopping & metro. Rita was great, & she made us feel at home I thought the property was overpriced for the facilities we received. The bagged breakfast was good, although unnecessary & monotonous after a couple of days. I am sure it cost the property quite a bit for the food & delivery service, and of course the cost was probably passed on to the guest. With the Bolhao market & coffee shops so close, there was no need for it or the additional cost it entailed. I also felt the kitchen was poorly equipped.

Location, very clean, nice entranceway and building, staff helpful, everything was great, including the value except for below… From 8:15am until 18:15 each day there was constant loud drilling from the building next door. I always choose a centrally located place so I can rest in the afternoon. This was impossible. Of course this is not Casa Rosa’s fault.
