The made-to order breakfast in the cafe was very nice. The people there were very nice and attentive. The rooms could use drawers to put away clothes. The modernist bathroom was not very functional. Having a glass door to the toilet just make it seem you're sitting in a lit up terrarium and provides no privacy. The floor of the shower tilts toward and door and away from the drain, so it ends up flooding the bathroom because the shower floor fills with water and overflow.

The staff and free breakfast was fantastic. They were very helpful. I luv staying here. It is close to the stores and great restaurants.

Loved everything about this property! The room was amazing. Stayed in room 1.1 the balcony was a 10+. The room was clean. The best part about my stay was the breakfast.

Great location, very quiet in the middle of old town, the breakfast was exceptional, the room was large, the giant terrace was a plus, the bed was extremely comfortable, ample hangers in the closet and the staff were great! Nothing, it was all terrific!

The staff at Prim and Proper is outstanding. We felt like part of a large family and hated to leave. Everyone treated us like very well. The shower in our room needed some attention, it worked very well, however water was leaking under the door.

The staff was very personable, the interior design was tastefully done, we got a discount voucher for overnight parking around the corner and the breakfast was great with a chef preparing our requests - much nicer than a buffet style set up. Room 12 did have a bit of a humidity odor and the incense sticks had gone dry.

Nice patio deck overlooking the area. Need instructions in the room on how to use range top for cooking. Need instructions on how to use air conditioning/heating.

Great staff, very helpful and nice. The place itself is very stylish with comfortable bed. Location is central, close to everything. Water coming out from the shower, more storage places will be nice.

Reception staff on check-in and leaving very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.Breakfast was very nice, served nicely, polite staff, nice quiet breakfast room. Hotel location was good. We would stay again. A kettle in the room so we could have our green tea first thing.

Beautifully designed, comfy beds, very nice staff with great tips for the trip. Great breakfast. Thank you It’s not exactly in the center but very close to it. It was around 15-20 minutes walk to most places we visited.
