The property was clean. The location was excellent… close to a grocery store, restaurants and transit. It was large and had ample closet space. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes and cooking accessories. Property needs to have a coffee maker. Pillows need to be replaced. Property needs to provide a dishcloth/dish towel.

Location is great, quiet and dark, great sleeping conditions. Apartment is furnished as described and equipments were in good condition except for tv remote. Bed is comfortable. The tv remote didnt work and they told me to buy batteries and that I'd get the money back for it which is no way to do things in my opinion, way too much of a hassle. They also said they could bring me the batteries but i wasnt in the apartment most of the day... they should have just gone there themselves and left them on the table for us and that wasn't even an option they gave us. So yeah I couldn't use the tv in its full potential which I paid for. The pillows and pillowcases werent very clean. The ones that were stored have these huge yellow stains on them rendering them unusable and id really recommend replacing them. There wasn't much hot water. We only took one daily quick shower (not even washing hair) and ran out of hot water by the last one.

Loved the air conditioning. The ear plugs were a necessity as the neighbours have no idea about being respectful of others. Everything else in the apartment suited our needs. The supermarket across the road. The lift worked well going up but we could never get it to work going down.

The apartment and Location Not enough toal and toal papers for everyone and the apartment was good but not the one same one i saw in the booking pictures.

Good location and central. The pillows, bedding, sofa, and beds were all very basic and low quality. The sofa was very dirty with visible stains. The rug in the living room has a large hole in it. Pillows were not actual pillows, a tiny bit of stuffing in a bag.

Location was good Supermarket was just crossing the street There is a lot of noise on the street that prevents from being able to sleep. The only solution would be to close the windows, but as there is no AC, it is not possible because it gets super warm and air gets stuffy. We did it the first night and woke up the four of us with headache. Apartment was not very clean.

The apartment is placed near the center city, it is easy to join every place on foot.

Comfortable apartment, in the city center- amazing location. Not so fun of the security system (only code provided for the doors and not an actual key/card). Could it be cleaner (dust observed in the floor and mascara stamps on a towel).

The location was perfect, and the easy way to get into the facility. I would recommend to have a knife to peel oranges, it was missing. After staying for 8 days, I had no option to change linens or towels. I also wanted to clean the bathroom and the house but there was not a mop.

In the centrum and close to everything, 100 m to shopping, 10 m to market, 100 m to the bazar and 1 km to thr bridge. The apartmen war clean and Nice. We were 4 adult and 2 Child. The beds is small 140 cm and not good to sleep with Child. We were 6 persons in total, but there were only 3 quilt and it was could.

Location, cleanliness, welcoming set with earplugs and some drinks, very responsive team The bathroom locker didn’t function well. I personally lacked the washing machine that was not available exactly there when I needed it most during the stay:-)

The flat is very nice, well equipped and centrally located, very convenient for visiting the city even without public transport. The bathroom deserves a better shower. The level of cleanliness was not very high. We had a problem with the bed sheets being a bit dirty, which the cleaning team, however, promptly sorted out...

At this time, I received the codes with enough time in advance to access the message before my transit time . In other hand, they informed a wrong check-in time ( they said it was 11AM, and they changed in the last minute to 3PM). With zero guest support in the building and really bad weather conditions, it was a huge stress. It was a bad start. Check-in staff did not even take the call. Zero support. Check in support is really bad., or even doesn't exist. They have no accountability or respect for the client. Difficult to access them because they do not take the calls. When they answer the phone, they do not give any support.

The location is amazing, all facilities are in a good shape, everything is available Note that there is no washing machine in the apartment, could be important for long stays
