Great location and cool little hotel! I really think this is the best location in Porto, close to cool Bonfim but not noisy, and easy walking to everywhere else! Nice balcony and the pool was a bonus, though it's really tiny and weird to get to. Staff were wondeful! The rooms are really small and so it's difficult for two people with two suitcases to have any space to sit apart from the bed. No privacy with the bathroom, which is see-through. Not great value for money.

Clean and close to Many main attractions. Bathroom and shower are quite small.

. Room and location were great. Little interaction with staff but sweet note and a bottle of port left in the room. Have not received a receipt from my stay or deposit refund.

Good location. Staff was not friendly. They did not allow us to use the terrace unless we ordered food or drinks from them. Small room. Hair dryer did not work.

Location and clean rooms. Cleaning staff was nice. New bottle of water given everyday Horrible service with arrogant staff. Stated terrace was viable for all, year went to sit, we could not bring on food or drinks and had to order from them. Also, asked for 2 coffees, made from the machine which they charged us 9 euros in a paper up. No umbrellas to borrow and very abrupt to anyone who complained or asked for assistance. Very disappointed since Hilton claims this as their boutique series. Would not recommend

It was well located in Porto. Relatively small boutique hotel with small room and bathroom size.

I really liked how helpful the staff was, and that I was able to safely leave my luggage

Great location , that’s about all The bathroom situation is HORRIBLE. I was in room 404 The open concept of the bathroom leaves no privacy and the bathroom sink is inches away from the bed . You can hear everything and see everything . These bathrooms should be disclosed upon making a reservation . There is no privacy when showering or at any time , when showering the room fills up with steam from the shower and when you turn on the lights it illuminates the entire room . Just HORRENDOUS never again NO Bathroom PRIVACY at all and the staff at the hotel Don’t care if you mention it

Clean rooms, location.

The room was spacious, Location was a plus and Breakfast was good if you get there early. The breakfast finishes early. Even the breakfast times are from 7 to 10 am but you will hardly get enough to eat if you go after 8:30 am.

I liked the hotel in general, the room was clean with balcony and a lot of light in the room. The location is good as well, close to city center, restaurants and main atractions. Staff was friendly and I liked design of the hotel I think that breakfast can be better, it included only scrambled eggs and boiled eggs if to talk about hot options, in order to have something else you need to pay additionally, I consider that breakfast option was very limited and with 15 Euro per breakfast it is possible to have better one in the cafe just across the street. There was no fish, from fresh vegetables, only tomatoes and salad. Also there was no coffee machine and only filtered coffee. It would be great to have in the room not only coffee but also team making options. The room had nice design but the bathroom can't be considered private as it had a transparent wall to the room, so if you are staying with friends or kids it might be embarrassing to take a shower.

Very good bed and location Absolutely nothing

The hotel is situated at the quiet part of Porto but walkable to most places of interest. We stayed for almost a week and occupied 3 separate rooms within the same floor and loved the comfortable bed and their breakfast. The breakfast selection wasn’t much but it was enough and their staff were all amazing. The breakfast staff Joel was nice and so was Ines and Marco at the front desk. Would definitely come back to this hotel next time! The rooms weren’t that big but we managed with 3 luggages - we got the rooms with balcony

Breakfast. Not much selection.

Location is good, close to Luis pont and cathedral. I booked this hotel bssed on the reviews. Location was good and cleanliness was good. Reception staff need some training, even a greeting as you enter or leave would have been nice. Breakfast was a total let down considering the price- very basic, limited options. Staff could see things needed to be restocked and were very rude (to not just us) if we asked for anything. The breakfast was 1 star quality unfortunately.
