Ferhouse dreams is a walk-in and a walk-up apartment with separate kitchen, living area and bedroom, all with plenty of space. We arrived on a very hot day for a beach town - 95 degrees F - but were given a fan since there is no A/C. That made the apartment very livable The host, Regina, was very helpful via WhatsApp. She provided parking for an additional 15 euros. Otherwise parking would have been nearly impossible. Thank you, Regina for your patience. No coffee pods were provided for the coffee machine.

Not very soundproof, and Although not fault of the complex, it was very noisy from other guests late at night. Pillows were very lumpy.
-
Location, balcony with morning sun. Clean. Immediate hot water, never waned. It would be great to have tea in the room and a little more coffee (given that we paid for a third person).

Very clean accommodation, good location within easy reach of Porto old town and several bars and restaurants nearby. Our apartment was on the third floor of a very tall building, we are in our 70's and fortunately we are pretty fit and only brought hand luggage. There was no lift and had we been less fit or had more luggage this would have been a real struggle. The facilities were pretty basic, but as we did not spend much time in the accommodation it wasn't too much of a problem.

Great location. Modern apartment with everything you need. Very nicely decorated. Excellent wifi. Only thing was lighting not the best. Suggest bringing a portable makeup light if u need.

The location was very good and the restoration of the whole building was great. The apartment was spacious. The ventilation in one bathroom was not well maintained and it was smelling like food. In addition, it might be a problem with one windows, since there was a lot of mold around it and during our stay, there were drops of rain dropping inside the apartment. That was unpleasant.

Very easy to collect the key to the apartment. Went to an office where we were met and provided the key to the apartment and the code to enter the building. Well organized and safe. The location is excellent. All of the city is in walking distance as well as restaurants and parking int he area. If I ever get back to Porto, there is no doubt I will try to book this again. There was nothing that we did not like.

The 2 bedroom setup was absolutely perfect for traveling with our child. We had a spacious living room and full cooking facilities, there were 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom. It was beautifully decorated, cozy, and clean. The location was absolutely perfect, out of the super busy area but just a quick walk to anything you'd want to see in Porto. Would highly highly recommend this hotel for any families traveling together! The beds were slightly uncomfortable and the breakfast could have been better.

Great locations and great price , clean , and comfortable

This location was very central, and that was the only good thing about it. The stay unfortunately fell short of expectations. The hostess was not particularly welcoming and offered little help with parking, which started things off on the wrong foot. One of the beds was extremely uncomfortable—so firm it might as well have been made of wood. The showers were another major concern: very slippery and with highly inconsistent water temperature, swinging suddenly from hot to ice cold, which felt unsafe to flinch on slippery floors. The floors were also very dirty, after showering my mom’s feet quickly turned black. We were also asked to keep the windows locked and use the air conditioning, but the apartment became uncomfortably cold and there weren’t enough blankets provided. After requesting an extra blanket, we were told it would arrive at 11 p.m.—but it never came. Overall, the lack of comfort and follow-through made the experience disappointing.

I like the central location, short walk to most attractions, and it comes with a kitchen with oven. There was a cute small balcony with a table and chairs to sit outside which is lovely. There was an ant infestation in the room. Ants crawled onto our luggage, clothes, bedding and food! We saw an ant trap placed in the corner of the room, but no one disclosed the ant infestation to us. There was also no counter space in the bathroom and kitchen at all, which makes it really difficult to use them. There was only a very small freezer compartment in a mini fridge, so can't really buy frozen food to make meals. The apartment door lock was defective and very hard to open. We had to struggle for some time each time coming back to get in.
