Hotel Ambassador

We pay double price the stay same period the hotel roo. via booking comparing to the hotel website and we have to pay more for parking and breakfast which is not fair at all and the room for a 4 stars hotel is like a 2-3 stars without any service in the roomeven the kettle. It is not fair at all via booking .we should have at least mezza pensione included and parking for free with such price.

Spa, pool and whirlpool are excellent. Tasty breakfast..

The room design is a bit outdated for a 4-star hotel.

Close to the beach, very clean, nice staff Rooms are really small, but for oversleeping it’s enough.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The pool and wellness area were nice and not crowded. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the beach. The beach is sand beach and not stones. You can rent pedals or little boats at the beach. Overall it was a good experience. Only the false description on booking.com was the main disappointment. But I still recommend the hotel The description on Booking.com was completely false. I booked a family apartment with: "Ocean View" , a washing machine, and a coffee machine. This all was written as room description. But we got an apartment with none of that. I was disappointed because i specifically wanted a room with sea view. After complaining, the hotel Manger provided a better room with a coffee machine and washing machine but he told me that the hotel has no rooms with sea view because it is not on the first row to the sea. The description on Booking.com is false (he said because of wrong translation from Italian to English!!) This was not convincing to me, but I had to accept because we were already there and the new room was an upgrade. Besides, the manager was really a nice person. Another point: the opening time window for the wellness area is very narrow : only 5 hours per day from 14:00 to 19:00 Another point to be aware of: The beach seats must be rented around 22 € per day per umbrella and 2 seats to sit near the sea. Sitting on your own chair or blanket is not allowed. You must rent. I am not sure, but I think this is the case almost everywhere in North Italy !! So this is not a criticism of the hotel itself. Overall the hotel is good and I recommend it.

Friendly staff, helpful. The hotel is situated close to beach. Spa area is clean and relaxing. We were expected a bigger room for a family but everything was spotless. ?

Breakfast was tasty. the staff was very friendly and always ready to help.

The staff was amazing especially at desk. They figured out parking and prepared us lunch packs because we were travelling at night and cant go to breakfast. Also they were very kind and good at english. The Hotel was also very good and room was clean.

Very nice and quiet location close to the hotel’s beach. Jacuzzi on the top roof. Rich continental breakfast. Very competent and kind staff at the reception.

Jacuzzi on the roof that we can use all night. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Room was clean and cozy.
