Hotel has a splendid location. Looks so nice. There is a garage if you come by car. Check in and check out went very smooth. Staff is very professional and even more polite and helpful. They do there job with a smile on their face. We were located at the apartments next to main building. As already said, apartments are big, comfy, the bed is very comfy and good to sleep on, everything was so clean but everything else should be renovated. Pool area is well done and looks very nice. You have a pool bar. Spending time on the pool was very enjoyable. Breakfast was good with enough of different choices. We payed for a late check out ant that was a very good decision because we enjoyed almost a whole day at sea and at the pool. I want to thank all of the staff for making our short stay very nice, we really enjoyed our time at your hotel. We were located at the apartments next to main building. Apartments are big, comfy with a big bathroom, but everything is a little bit old. Things need to be renovated. Colors need to be changed and to do a better match between floors and blue wall. Apartments has such a great potential.

Good value for money. Decent hotel. Decent breakfast. Decent room Average. Nothing special. Stupid policy of taking pool towels at the reception every time u go to the pool.

Nice quiet room. Fountain and rare cars collection at the entrance territory. Good breakfast. Underground garage for parking. Outdoor pool was not working, despite high summer temp. near 30C. The room needs renovation and at least even some cheap, but smart TV) Very loud AC unit, most probably with lack of maintenance. Bathtub not available due to absence of bath plug), but even shower in bathtub connection is broken and much water runs through that damage, making shower twice less effective in water pressure. Pretty expensive parking rate despite we arrived closer to evening and left AM hours, they charge for full stay.

Location was nice , easy to go on main road and to see all. Hotel parking was nice to have and staff was friendly. Overall expected little more for value. South side room have enormous window and pretty impossible to cool room to pleasant temperature at sunny hot day.

Thank you so much for the upgrade. We truly enjoyed our magnificent terrace and the view over Piran Bay. Two of us had a bicycle holiday for 10 days, we cycled a lot, and this was the night before we returned home. What a pleasant surprise for two tired cyclists trying to find a shelter from the not-so-pleasant heatwave. Additionally, we greatly appreciated the bike storage facilities that the hotel offers. Breakfast was nice too. Great that there were a lot of very local ingredients, which is a big plus. We enjoyed it, but I was a bit surprised to see smoked salmon instead of maybe something more local, like trout? Otherwise, no complaints. We went out for dinner in Piran with our friends. I wanted to have a cocktail in the hotel, but we arrived a bit later, and the bar was closed; the cocktails would be for next time. The staff, including everyone who worked at the hotel, were fantastic, from check-in to check-out. Thank you for the warm and honest welcome and hospitality provided throughout our stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations. What to add here? Perhaps consider including hair conditioner as a bathroom amenity? Or more labelling in the breakfast area, particularly for the locally harvested food?

Breakfast was good. Room was dated, AC didn't work sufficiently, no fitness room, parking (under there hotel) should have been included for the price

There was no hot water.

Every single member of the staff was very welcoming and lovely. The breakfast was extraordinarily good. The mattress of the bed was too hard for our liking.
