semmi nem tetszett A szállodáról közzétett információk és fotók nem tükrözik a valóságot. A medence jóval kisebb, mint amilyennek a képeken látszik. Arról sem kaptunk előzetes tájékoztatást, hogy a szállásunk egy külön épületben található, amely a főépülettől jóval messzebb volt, mint az ígért 3 perc. A szállást nagyon nehezen találtuk meg, az épületet elhanyagolt, gazos és szemetes környezet vette körül. Személyzet nem volt a helyszínen, így a családi szobánkat sem tudta senki összenyitni. A legrosszabb azonban az volt, hogy a fürdőszobában szennyvíz folyt fel. Mindezek miatt még aznap este kijelentkeztünk, és éjszaka új szállást kellett keresnünk. A befizetésről szóló számlát a helyszínen nem kaptuk meg, e-mailben ígérték elküldeni, de a mai napig nem érkezett meg. Ez a nyaralás sajnos rendkívül drága és óriási csalódás volt.

Parking is horrible and they charge a lot

It was difficult to locate the facility and the check in was in different building. Could use a better sign.

Very good location, very pretty clean and comfortable room, awesome fancy breakfast. For that price per night i would have really liked the parking to be free, big ripping:(

I think the room and the property could do some reparation, I imagine 4 star hotel to be better taken care of. Also pet bed our dog was given was half his size (he is medium sized dog), it’s just something I think the hotel should think about and provide suitable size of pet bed, bear in mind you pay 27 € per night for a dog.

Rooms were very accommodating, clean and comfortable. Pool size was very small and shut down very early in the evenings.

This hotel doesn't have reception. For anything you want, you need to go to the main hotel, which is 3-4 minutes walking. My key card stopped working a few times, which was very frustrating.

Very good breakfast with wide range of food on offer, staff always on disposal and a beautiful terrace overseeing the see with huge pine trees.

Hotel itself was clean and nice, and the breakfast was awesome. Room with balcony and tea kettle. Our stay at the Hotel Metropol Annexe presented some significant challenges, primarily related to its location and parking. The annexe building is a two-minute walk from the main Hotel Metropol, accessible via back alleys. However, directions provided by staff were insufficient for drivers, and there's no signage indicating where to turn or park when navigating the residential area. We only received clear driving instructions via Google Street View from the reception staff after we had already given up trying to find it ourselves. Parking was another major issue. Despite ample space in front of the building, it turned out to be private parking, unrelated to the hotel and nobody tell us. We received a $15 parking ticket with payment instructions using a Slovenian banking system. From US, I had no idea how to pay. The hotel reception was unable to help us with, stating it wasn't their responsibility. We ultimately had to rely on a helpful Sixt employee to pay the ticket for us using her phone app and reimbursed her in cash.

Nice outdoor space

Clean rooms Sauna space much too small, only 6 beds for all guests. Pool water was fairly cold (ok for swimming). Breakfast a bit inconveniently situated at the Metropol hotel (but excellent nonetheless). No signs for reception which is in Metropol hotel.
