Nice room, nice location, there is pool and sauna.

A beautiful view and very nice new room, good bed. Great free parking The window and glass door only had blackout curtains and facing public area. If you wanted privacy you had to be in dark room, beats the point of room with a view. We also don’t like black out curtains and it put a bit of dumper on our stay. Hotel was unable to offer different room. Breakfast was disappointing. We eat in “second setting” and it felt like eating someone elses leftovers. Some items were totally goon or so picked apart there were unappetizing. Not even closely worth the price tag of 18euro. And as you need to commit the evening before no option to just check it out and than decide. We would not stay for breakfast if not already prepaid. Avoid second seating for breakfast. We broth the issues up to hotel staff, they were nice about it but no attempts were made to rectify the situation

There’s no coffee machine inside the room.

Pleasant, clean and convenient to the road. The view. Appreciated the Buddhas and grassy areas. A bit dated. Smoky in the “living room.” Although the steps were not problematic for us they are a general concern.

Great location with free guest parking and easy access by car. City center was also reachable on foot without any issues. The room was clean and comfortable, with a sea view, a balcony, and a bathtub placed opposite the balcony, which was a nice touch. The pool and saunas were an excellent option after evening walks in January. Staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. No major issues to mention.

The room had a beautiful view. It was big and comfortable, with a big tub in the middle. The bed was good. There is a small indoor pool and sauna. Hotel provides a bathrobe and towels for use in the pool or beach. The bathroom amenities were never replaced, as well as teabags. There was no coffee in the room, the coffee machine in the lobby is for pay, and doesn´t count with appropriate to-go cups. The air conditioning stopped working the third day of my stay, and the staff didn´t fix it until my check out. The location, although with beautiful views, is not easily accessible on foot from the downtown, and going there in the car is not an affordable or green option.

The location is easy to arrive by car and is in a walkable distance to the beach. The room was very comfortable and the pool and spa were amazing, had a very relaxing stay.

Villa Bellevue offers stunning views of Portoroz from most rooms and also from the terrace. We didn’t take the breakfast as we found the one hour seating time to restrictive and the 18 Euros is also a bit on the high side given that you can eat for two people for the same price like a King at the excellent Caffe Garden in Lucija (< 10 minutes walk). The villa also features a nice sauna and steam room, as well as a small swimming pool, so you can relax after a day full of activities. Unfortunately our room was very tiny, we couldn’t even open our luggage anywhere and had to climb over the bed to move around. It’s a pity as the room has a nice terrace with a wonderful view of the Portoroz Harbour.

Absolutely gorgeous property up on the hillside, overlooking a beautiful view. Many comfortable and beautiful areas for sitting inside or outside. Rooms are top-notch, very comfortable, beautiful and mine came with a very large private terrace. Bathroom was spacious and lovely, although a very open deep tub/ shower to get in and out of might be cumbersome for some. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and engaging. Rooftop bar is a bonus. Be aware it’s a very steep climb to get down to the waterfront, and then back up to the property. This is a very unique place and I felt very fortunate to stay here. Nothing at all

The specific apartment that I chose was very uncomfortable because there was no direct sunlight coming in from the outside. Also, that apartment was in dire need of additional investment, especially the bathroom that had black mold and rust. The curtain in the bedroom was either damaged or dirty and one of the desk drawer knobs was missing. Although there was an air conditioner, I was unable to control its temperature as this was done by the staff. Finally, I informed the hotel a day in advance that I was arriving at noon despite the fact that normal check in was at 3; however, I only got access to my room a couple of minutes before 3. This is despite the fact that there were multiple cleaning staff, and I only saw one couple who arrived at around 2 and were given access to their room before me. This suggested that my early arrival was not taken into consideration when prioritizing which rooms to clean first.

The location is very nice, especially the view from the villa towards the sea. Access with car and parking is also super easy and staff is very helpful. The terrace of our room was huge and a good value being sunny and having a nice view. The room itself was rather small with almost no room for luggage ... and the bath, although large, had week water pressure even for showering.
