The location is okay We booked our stay last minute (not even 24 hours in advance). When we arrived to the room we found out our water was not working (no shower, toilet,sink,..) I went to the lobby to ask about this and the person in charge said it would take max 2 hours and it should be fine. After 4 hours I go back down to use the toilet in the lobby and I see a guy washing himself by the sink. I talk to him and apparently the water has been down for the last two days. The sold us a faulty room knowing there is no water. When I asked about it again the person at the lobby was irritated and just gave me an email address to send an email to. After sending an email they told me they are willing to offer 15% credit, which is absurd considering they knew our room was faulty. Another person at the lobby showed the receptionist a video of there room being flooded and her reaction was “that’s impossible, there is no water on the floor” I will never stay here again and I still expect a full refund for my stay here

Nothing. Its a messy, unclean , non helpful place. There is just too many to erite. I stayed there for three nights. There was a whole day with no water. Extremely hot with no ventilation. The small fan provided do not work. Asked for a new one, staff said tgey cannot provide. Complained about unclean toilet and the broken shower head...they did nothing.

The website states that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, but when we arrived, completed the check-in process, and went up to our room, there were still someone else’s belongings inside, and the room had not been cleaned after the previous guest. The cleaning team literally managed to get everything sorted out within about 15 minutes, and I’m very grateful to them for their quick response and efficiency. However, I do have questions for the management about how this situation was allowed to happen in the first place. Later in the evening, the water completely stopped working. Luckily, we had managed to shower before it was shut off, because afterwards there wasn’t even any water to wash our hands. This is my second time staying here, but unfortunately, this time I was quite disappointed.

There were queues at the reception desk day and night. There were no parking spaces available, so I had to carry my luggage several blocks. The room was small and depressing, with no air conditioning despite it being August. We were extremely hot during the night, and with the window open, we got eaten alive by mosquitoes. We had also paid for breakfast through Booking.com, but in the end, we didn’t get any breakfast. Overall, I’m very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Very poor

The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and there was plenty of space to eat and relax. We had trouble paying for parking, but the receptionist immediately helped us and extended our parking time. The place is very crowded, and there are only three elevators to 21 floors, so during peak hours, waits can be long. The same applies to the guest kitchen. There are no kettles in the rooms.

Helpful and friendly staffs. Good location. 3 minutes walk to Lidl, 5 minutes walk to tram station. Spacious room. No aircontioning. No electric fan which is a must nowadays. The only thing you can do is to open the window, but during the day specially during summer time (heat wave) it is very hot inside the room.

Mattresses, fast self check-in, towels. Lack or dirty water from the shower and sink. The first room was badly cleaned (we saw hairs on the beds and in the sink), and ine of the walls in this room was covered with something in the shape of hands. We had to change the room, so unpleasant was staying there. The next one was better. And I didn't like that we had only German-speaking channels, and maybe 2 English-speaking. I was expecting to listen to Czech language, and it was dissapointing.

I want to give a special thank you to Natasha from housekeeping. I forgot my MacBook charger in the room, and when I asked at the reception for help, unfortunately they weren’t very willing to assist. So I went and found the housekeeping staff myself, and Natasha immediately dropped what she was doing to help me. Together with one of her colleagues, she searched and found my charger. I’m truly grateful to Natasha — she was kind, patient, and genuinely wanted to help a guest, without being asked twice. The housekeeping team in this hotel are wonderful, warm people and they are the reason my stay ended on a positive note. The only thing I’d suggest to the management is that the front desk could learn from their housekeeping team when it comes to guest service. Thank you again, Natasha!

Human poop between the floors. Their manager told me to clean up messed up toilet myself in the room I just moved to instead of changing my room as I requested, but then agreed to change the room, eventually

Good breakfest. The room was without water for 24 hours. The water returned, extremely hot and without cold water, and finally, it ran out again.

Such a good building with such a tiny kitchen. It seems like it’s just forcing people to buy their breakfast and they cost insanely.
