The Hotel reception staff were brilliant, it is not big hotel however the hotel have all of the facilities that are not that desperately aged (in need of restoration). Some even very new and modern. Definitely good to see as a value for money. Thank you I have been very happy

We only liked the restaurant a few blocks away - Kulaťák. Even though we booked a regular room according to the booking.com picture, we got a room under a roof with a slanted ceiling. It was a very hot day (40C) during the day and there was no AC. We had 35C in the room during the night. We did not sleep. We had headache. We had to take a headache and a sleeping pill to be able to sleep at all. When I asked for a discount it was not granted. Very disappointing experience. I would recommend the owner to invest into a proper AC if he wants to keep selling those underroof rooms.

Friendly staff, clean surroundings. Room was clean. WiFi didn’t work properly, it was impossible to access the internet. Hairdryer was broken and didn’t work for more than 2 minutes. Shower head was really impractical and showering there was challenging. Fan in the room was impractical and fridge was handy but really loud.

Pleasant room, good internet. Everything was working in the room. We had daily cleaning which is a plus. There was hot water in the bathroom. We had an electric kettle in the room with tea for two. There was a small refrigerator which was excellent. The room has a safe deposit box which is great. Location is perfect, quieter than the city center but accessible by metro. The refrigerator was noisy and I couldn't sleep well. I thought I booked with breakfast but I am not sure quite frankly as the reception said I booked without and I trust them. They offered breakfast at a discounted rate. The older windows would not open easily. There were mostly CZ channels on TV.
