Good value for money, great staff and 15 min to centre with nearby tram station. Rich and varied breakfast, nice neighbourhood with near supermarket and coffee shop. Easy to find car park. Going in and out from the outside car park could a bit tricky as you need to scan your ticket, however, it won’t open sometimes so you need to call reception. However, speedy fan in bathroom is needed with fixing the doors as the room door and bathroom are difficult to get closed.

breakfast was incredibly great, best in ages sport centre is good as well The reception staff was really bad, ignorant almost rude and looked like they didn't care at all. The receptionist Kristina is rude and unprofessional as well as the blond lady (I don't remember the name (she speaks Russian) and maybe even a manager, she is ignorant and not professional looks like she just taking pleasure to make the guest feel unpleasant . It's not fair to the company and hotels itself , The company is trying hard to bring the best experience but the front desk ruin it all

Excellent stay at Hotel Diplomat Prague I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Diplomat Prague. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and genuinely soundproof, which made for a very quiet and relaxing stay. A special thank you to Terka at reception, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, a great experience and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel very popular in very good location I had my bycycles stolen from my car in there car park. Hotel stated not responsible for carpark as its public space. Yet they charge to park there and have barrier for entry acces and camera they stated cameras monitored but no one watching them all the time

Great breakfast - lots of options Hotel interior - lobby, elevators, restaurant Location next to the metro, shops nearby Comfortable beds Chair in the room is a serious injury risk: the wide, metal chair legs with sharp corner edges, black color on a black floor. The chair legs are always in the way in some narrow spot, due to the room layout and size. The chair legs are hardly visible against the floor. I (and my family member) hit our feet multiple times during the short stay and it hurt a lot each time. If hotel management reads this - PLEASE get different chairs for your rooms! I.e. something with legs that are: * round shape (no sharp edges/corners) * less wide leg span * wooden material * color that contrasts well against the floor What you have now is a torture device/accident machine in disguise as a chair.
