The hotel facilities, location and staff are all excellent. From the initial greeting to the check out the experience is great. The small gift at check out is a very kind gesture. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a very unexpected experience. We were really delighted and we will be coming back. Some may find the location off puting, but we have really enjoyed quiet night and lower temperatures ( since it is located in the garden ).

The kindness of the staff. I left at 6AM to take a flight. As they were aware, they gave me a take over breakfast.

Lovely staff, allowed me to check in early and were very welcoming. The AC was a bit weak at the beginning but the receptionist adjusted it when asked, which was a salvation during the heatwave. Breakfast is not very varied but is enough to get yourself a decent meal.

An excellent place to stay when in Prague. A 10-minute ride from the Old Town by tram or metro. Located in a lovely neighbourhood on the hills so you can have a view of Petrin Tower ;) great staff ready to help you. We had a lovely stay there! Surely will come back whenever in Prague!

The on-site parking is free and secure. The room was a good size it was clean and tidy. There were some excellent prints on the walls in the passageway and in the dining area The situation is a bit remote from the centre of the city so the choice of restaurants within walking distance was limited.
