No air conditioning during heatwave; noise from students in the courtyard

The room was far from the entrance and sometimes I got a bit lost

Affordable at Easter. Pretty close to the tram, about 15 minutes from the old town. Has its own closed parking lot. (extra cost) It's a college, so it could be loud any times. Room has a small kitchen, and in the bathroom we've got 2 small package amenities, like nail file, cotton swab and a hair band. Beds were really uncomfortable, there was a dirty sock on top of one of the wardrobes. Breakfast was not really good, it could be eaten once or twice. The hotel section is pretty far away from the reception, but they warned us about that at the reception.

Located in quite neighborhood and part of university dormitory (area of the hotel is separated from the dormitory but you have some shared corridors). It can be easily accessed from the airport from the tram (so at the airport you get a ticket for 30min and then you get the bus 59 till the last station, next you get the tram 20 or 26 till Thakurova station and 100m is the Hotel) also for accessing the other locations of the city you can get tram or metro station (that is 300m away), or you can go by walk to the castle (30min) or old town (40min) if you like to walk and explore the city, a little up/down hill, but no problem since the road are very safe even at midnight when nobody is the walking. Breakfast was included for me and was a standard one and as expected and also is very generous and you can consume as much as you need. Room was very basic but very warm all the time and also in general the Hotel is very warm even in corridors of the Dormitory of the University and the people there are very nice, you feel the positive energy and remember your self in old gold days :) In general, the idea that the Hotel is part of university dormitory may not sound very good for someone, but is an initiative that need to be congratulated because you can turn a part of dormitory as Hotel and contribute for the facility and other things and basically you are not missing a thing from a traditional large hotel since you almost have anything you want and the security is on top 24h and also you have a reception that you may ask for everything. Enjoyed the welcoming idea for including Sparkling Wine in room for the New Year Eve. a little bit too pricy for basic Hotel but was comprehended since it was new year eve and no other cheap alternatives, including even dormitories with other 10 peoples in room or capsule rooms :) no other things that didn't noticed to be bad p.s A hairdryer must be included for free in every room (suggestion). One time slippers must be in room.

Good location. Nice atmosphere and good food. A better windows isolation would make the stay the best.

Rooms and beds were very inadequate!!! We did not stay!!! We were out if there in less than 5 mins! Want our money back

Close to a metro line and allowed for a very late check in.

The location was prefect, very near to underground station The fruit varieties was not the same as that shown in booking but overall the breakfast was fresh and nice We have to walk through long corridors to reach our room
