Amazing location and clean room with ample space Sometimes the room smelled like food probably due to the restaurant downstairs and it was coming from the window. The second bed on the other room was not very comfortable because it was a couch

Wendy! And all the general staff and the lady at the concierge desk on the morning of our stay, so so so pleasant and accommodating, friendly and smiling! Very good selection of food at the breakfast buffet, attentive waiting staff and accommodating for our 1 year old son. Fantastic location for the price!! Everything was great part front the additional unnecessary door that separated the bedroom from the entrance area of our room. As the space is so tight, with trying to navigate a baby, luggage and a buggy into that area and then into the bedroom, is extremely inconvenient. Perhaps that door aids in blocking sound from the main hallway, but the hotle is extremely quiet and I dont think it is needed. That was the only issue for us.

Air conditioning. Separate rooms for sleeping. Lovely breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Nothing to report.

A lovely hotel very centrally located but still very quiet at night. Great breakfast and fun that there is a jazz club located in the basement. The TV really didn't work all that well. We got very few channels.

Very cosy small hotel in the pedestrian area of Old Town. Excellent staff at the reception - thank you! The room was clean and very comfortable, very good breakfast. Don't expect luxury, but that does not diminish any of the great value that the hotel offers. Jazz club downstairs is an extra plus in case you want to enjoy it and don't want to go far. I would stay in this hotel again without any doubt.

Location was great. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. There was an issue with the Air conditioner so we had to switch the room.

Located central to Old Town Square. There was an elevator and AC. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The staff was friendly.

Great location, great staff, relatively spacious, delicious breakfast

Location is very good, breakfast was nice. Air con in my room would not stay on. Had to keep going down 2 floors to Reception to ask them to re-set it from there (no phone in room to ring down!). So this happened at 10 times! This when it was around 40°C during the 4 days we were there. Wifi did not work in the room although it did downstairs in Reception area.

Loved how early they let us check in. Showed up 5 hours early and they had our room ready. Amazing includsive breakfast too. The location was perfect for being a tourist being in the middle of old town Can’t think of anything I didn’t like
