Some things can be changed like the chairs in my room that are falling apart and as a hotel that hosts people from all over the world - it will be nice if there ware some chanels on TV that are not dubbed to the lokal language bus actually speeks English. (!!!) It was really annoying. Good English series dubbed into Czech? Disrespectful to guests who don't understand the language.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They genuinely care and are always happy to find a solution tailored to your needs. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is unresponsive to my question for clarification with payment method. I simply wanted to make sure if the link sent via booking was legit, but never received any response. It was only when I went to see the reviews and spoke to the booking agents that I understood that the payment is taken by the hotel directly via the link (which I initially thought was a phishing attempt). So, The price that they charge is around 20-25 euro more expensive than what is mentioned in booking probably due to exchange rate.

Terrible, shapeless pillows - very uncomfortable. My neck hurt every time I slept on them. Very poor water pressure and uncontrolled temperature. After requested cleaning towels and glasses have not been changed.

We requested a bed for 2, not 2 beds. The staff said that the selection option in Booking is only optional and doesn't guarantee our request. In the end, they upgraded our room to the level above, which I take in good consideration and was a nice gesture of them, but the option in Booking can be misleading, as I would have booked a different hotel if I knew we could have 2 beds instead of one.

The location couldn't be better! With captivating sights, delightful restaurants, and unique shops just steps away, it’s all in a safe and walkable area. You'll love exploring every corner! The room had several significant issues: the heating system was malfunctioning, the water pressure was inadequate, and the door lock was faulty. We encountered considerable difficulties resolving these problems due to the night staff's poor communication skills. Hotel management needs to prioritize communication training for its staff to ensure a smoother guest experience.

The breakfast is really good. The staff is awesome! A weak hair dryer, not working iron.

Good location. Amazing breakfast. Very good bed. The fridge in our room was not working, which was a major inconvenience. The receptionist offered us the fridge at the reception/bar area, but our drinks weren't cold hours later when we came to collect them. The room was basic. Uncomfortable chairs. All in all, not a 4-star hotel.

- Location is excellent, very close to city center and also there is a very close tram station (Tesnov) from where you can go anywhere you want. - We really liked the building’s architecture, the room is very soecious and very hig ceilings. Staying in a building with such local architecture makes your Prague visit even more special. - All stuff is very very helpful and friendly I can not say “I didn’t like” but some small observations; - there is no sensor in the elevator and doors are opened as soon as you press the floor number, our child almost got stuck. - room’s door is opened with password, I prefer regular cards which seems safer to me.

The location was really good. Just 10-15 minute walk to the old town. The breakfast was good. The staff helped me arrange a very early taxi and an invoice for my company from the taxi company. It felt that the walls could be a bit thicker. When somebody was speaking in the small hallway, I would prefer a noise silencer.

I stayed for 3 days ( 3 guests x2 days). Hotel does not provide complimentary water bottle on day 2. Can't understand. If one books a room for a1 day they provide water on each day of the booking. Don't expect fancy minreral water in the complimentary part. Provide decent quality and that most needed.

Personally I would prefer breakfast to start a bit sooner, especially if you have early meetings on that day. Sauna was not working, but I knew that in advance - still a bummer, although alternative in nearby hotel was advertised at the reception, if I recall correctly.

Simply horrible. To start, I was charged above the booking value. Then, I had a late check-in and when I arrived they gave me a room that was really horrible. The bathroom looked like a bus station bathroom and the bed felt like a piece of wood. I went to complain and I showed the pictures I saw on my booking to show them that was not the room I booked. The lady in the reception said that the pictures didn’t mean anything. I was like “what?”. Or they gave my room to someone else and they were trying to hide it or the pictures for the respective room were 100% not accurate. Next day they offer to “give me a better room”. Turns out the room they gave me looked like in the picture. Anyway, everything in this hotel was horrible and I do NOT recommend it to anyone. Simply a complete disregard for the guest.

The room was of a nice size and was very quiet. Very nice breakfast. Great location. I booked this hotel only because I was supposed to have a coffee machine in the room. When I discussed this with reception, they said I was allocated a room with no coffee machine and basically, they don't care, which was extremely disappointing.
