Hotel staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly, many amazing people and very helpful for any questions I may have had. Extra shout out to Kristinochka who was helping with breakfast and was fantasic! Very small minor concerns with the room, some lights were not working and had some issues getting into the hotel later at night using PIN from the second entrance. Had to go to the main entrance to get in, but very short walk there and back.

It is close to the centre, clean and the cleaning staff very friendly. They don’t have 24/7 reception, not even speaking about morning reception, it was working from 13:00 pm till 19:00pm, causing inconvenience if you check out and would like to leave your luggage/laptop, then there is no one to make sure those are safe. They are simply put after the reception counter without anyone taking care of.

Only location is good No locker facilities working, lights and points are not working. Refrigerator not working. Lobby is not good as the lights are off when you move from the lobby. Breakfast no change in the menu

The bathroom was a real mess. From the toilet seat not being fixed to the shower door not closing properly, to the fact that water leaked through the ceiling on the last day and it lasted the whole day.

Good location in the city center, close to the metro and the old city. Regarding the staff - special thanks to Kristina; she was very friendly to all guests and created a good atmosphere during breakfasts.

Helpful personnel and good conditions overall. Some of the room facilities could have been improved. For example the small lamps over the head were not working properly.

There was music playing from 7am untill evening in the corridors on each floor that made me unable to sleep and woke me up in the morning. J think management should remove it as it's disturbing

It was a little dated but considering I just used room for sleeping it’s not that important

The price didn’t match the value; it felt expensive for what it offered. There was no internet in the room, only in common areas. The room wasn’t soundproof, so it was quite noisy at times.
