Pension City Center

Good place for short stay. I like that the the closet does not have doors, because the room is small, it could be uncomfortable to open doors:) Staff was easy to communicate. Thanks

The Location was great. Free coffee and tea was good. The room smelled a bit, the toilet and bathroom were tiny, there was hardly any space to turn around. No bin inside the room. No lamp for the night on the table. Very very small room.

Communication was excellent, and check in was super clear and easy. The place itself was a little bland and labyrinth like (there are LOTS of rooms), but it was clean, there is free coffee/tea, and the bed was comfortable. It was perfect for one person (but two I think would be tight). My window faced a courtyard on the main floor. - It was an easy 25 minutes to walk from the train station, and I walked to the centre/sites every day never needing to use transit - even though i was right outside the front door. Sadly like many places, noisy neighbours combined with empty hallways/thin walls, and those who stay up talking into the wee hours of the night, coming and going, and listening to music can really be annoying to other guests, which I had to experience all four nights of my stay. NOT the fault of the owners, but the fault of bad tourists... so please be a good tourist when you stay! - Overall, I felt it was a little more expensive for the basic accommodation offered, but it was just fine.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The bed is very small. The noise from the water pipes was very loud, I couldn’t sleep well. Not enough towels. At least put one for hand.

Cool location and unique.

Lovely gentleman at the check in desk, very friendly and helpful. Basic rooms but clean and secure. Walking distance to everywhere you’d need to go. Would recommend! Thank you!

We liked the location. It was near the City Centre. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and we had only one window that you can open between other buildings, so no sun light or fresh air in the room.

All good no problem

The location was perfect. Close to all the places we wanted to see and it was easy to visit. Rooms are big enough and there was enough space for our luggage and ourselves. The staff was so kind, especially the cleaning lady and the receptionist who was in the exchange office. They let us store our luggage for our last day and they also helped about checking out, gave us extra 1 hour for free. Thanks for everything!

Location We had two rooms for our family. Both rooms were so small you had no room to put your luggage. The beds were so low to the ground and uncomfortable. There was only 1 chair in the room for two people and 1 chair for the family of 4 but couldn’t use it because of the way it was situated. There was a lot of noise coming from guest all night long so we couldn’t sleep. Three guys at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The guys in the discounted breakfast restaurant/bar were not friendly at all. I asked if he could put some lights on and he literally yelled at me and said it was too expensive and I wasn’t VIP and what do you expect for what I paid for. In his language I’m sure he used a nasty word to himself complaining about me.

There is no breakfast included but the next door hostel provides breakfast and if someone interested can be welcome for a breakfast Have no complaints

Wonderful stay and very nice place !

- good location, easy too find - cleanliness is ok - Smart TV with standard streaming apps - shower cabin with glass panels - strong water pressure in the shower - the bed could be more comfortable - storing your luggage is possible but a little bit complicated, you should factor in a little bit of extra time to retrieve your luggage from the hotel - the rooms could be modernized

The staff are very friendly

There was never anyone in the reception and they told us there would be and that we could leave our bags, but we couldn't.

When I was late 20 minutes they took additional money from me

Overall cleanliness of my room and shared spaces. Good price to comfort ratio. Definetly worth to stay there.
