No Caffè machine in our room, but always Caffè in the Lobby near Reception

The hotel was in a great location, relatively close to the city center. It was an apartment-style hotel, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of food. One thing I especially liked was that it was served in a small courtyard on the hotel's lower level, which created a really cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The only minor issue was that we happened to visit Prague during an exceptionally hot day, when the temperature reached around 38°C. Although the apartment had air conditioning, it wasn't quite powerful enough to cool the room properly, so sleeping was a bit challenging because of the heat. I informed the hotel, and they said they would look into it.

Very nice. Comfortable, nice location, close to EVERYTHING you could wish to visit (by foot or public transportation). Room was very clean. Staff very helpful. Breakfast is good but in one day we felt as being rushed or in another day the food was missing even if it was almost 10 AM. Coffee is top. Read the booklet from the room to get some insights about Prague and Czech in general so you won't be surprised :) nothing to dislike.

Amazing location, nice spacious apartment, very good breakfast, super child friendly. They had a little toy corner in the reception as well, where my kids often played. They prepared a nice crib for my 1.5 yr old, and also kept some baby soap, lotion etc handy. The kitchen was decently equipped as well. Housekeeping was also good, they cleaned up the room at least once in 2 days - which was very helpful. It is also walking distance from most attractions or just a 4-6 mins walk from multiple tram stations. The apartment was spacious, but the kitchen was quite small. The internet was a bit slow at times, and the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The location is Great! Beer spa right next door. The staff were beyond helpful and great services all around. Elevator is a lil cramped so if you have luggage it can make it difficult if you are on the upper floors.
-
Only one point: we have found someone else's panties between the mattress and the headboard.

The elevator can be upgraded :-)

Everything is scented, which did not bode well for my fragrance allergy. I wish this was advertised. Even the curtains were scented. Also, we were supposed to have a queen and two twins, but ended up with two queens, so we had to mix up the sleeping arrangements.

We had a huge room, that was more like a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, full kitchen and access to a rooftop patio with gorgeous overlook on the city. The price was way lower than any other hotels in the area. Just 16 minute walk to the astronomical clock and Old Town Square. Hotel personnel extremely friendly and delicious breakfast. One guy from the kitchen being really pissed and unfriendly during breakfast.

The service was exceptional. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was great. A 10 - 15 minute walk to the Old Town Square and the Museum. Additionally, the tram and metro station were just a short walk away. The breakfast provided each morning was wonderful. The shower was really small. Additionally, the furniture in the rooms was a bit dated and could probably use some updates, but everything thing functioned just fine.

The staff were all lovely people, really friendly and helpful. The suite is spacious. Really quite building with nice customers. Good prices The heater takes too long to heat the water, small toilet, not the best location. No smart tv you cannot connect it to internet which is crazy in 2025

Nice cozy and good value for the money

Large room. Nice beds and bedding. Nice bathroom. Windows that open. Large closet . Restaurant and bar were nice . ?? No complains at all.

The room was large and comfortable. The bedding and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and the staff in the breakfast room were excellent. The best experience of staying at Home Suite Home in Prague was the main front desk representative Adele (I may not be spelling her name correctly), she was above and beyond in every way. Her excellence should be rewarded! Our room was located on the busy street side of the hotel and could be very noisy.

There is a good supermarket a short walk away. Our apartment was quiet and spacious if a bit basically furnished. The breakfast buffet was very good, plentiful and always replenished. The staff were all really helpful. The kitchenware was minimal.
-
The furniture is very old, the air condition is small weak and is located above the door in unrelevant place, it just doesn't cool the apartment. The kitchen is old and not very furnished.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good! The location is good - near the center on foot and very close to the river. They arranged paid parking for us. Would recommend and would definitely choose again for next visit.
