Novoměstský hotel

The staff was so friendly, they let us check in early and the room was very cozy. The Hotel is also very central you can reach most of your destinations by foot.

The location was excellent, but it was difficult to find the hotel, located on a side street. The room had no air conditioner, but they provided a large fan. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was standard. The front desk service was excellent. Ireen made sure we had a second transport to the airport when the first failed and provided us with a lunch bag full of food, since our flight was early in the morning. That was TOP! There are many stairs until you reach the reception, and no one is there to help. Also, the elevator is very small and stops between floors, so just be aware that you will need to use the stairs - not ideal if you have a health issue, which makes climbing stairs a little challenging.

The staff were very accommodating and approachable. And they are all child-friendly. We also like the location of the hotel, it's like 5-10mins walk to the Old Town or city proper. They don't have AC, we had a hard time to sleep at night specially with a kid. But this is not really a big deal, it's understandable especially now it's summer.

Excellent Excellent

If you are a light sleeper, you may want to consider another hotel or bring earplugs. Although the street outside is not very busy, the room windows face the street, and a garbage truck came by twice every night. Noise from people talking outside could also be heard, especially late at night when some passers-by were intoxicated. The breakfast was very modest. Apart from coffee and yogurt, there was not much choice, so don't expect a rich or varied breakfast buffet.

It is relatively close to sites but far enough away that the price is reasonable. Clean, quiet and a good breakfast. A lot of stairs which would have been frustrating with more than a roller bag.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable (and stayed cool, even without air conditioning). The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. And the (free!) breakfast was good, with lots of choices. In addition, the hotel was within easy walking distance of Old Town and New Town, and was a short ride to Mala Strana. I could happily stay here again on a future trip to Prague. I can't think of anything I didn't like!

Almost everything. The staff was very unfriendly and slow. The longest check in I ever experienced in my life. The room was stack in maybe in 1988, and this is comming from somebody born in Yugoslawia. The breakfast was very poor and the bread was about a day old.

A women with black hair on the staff at the reception desk was rude to us when we asked her a questions about things we didn't know. The other staff members were very friendly

Centrally located to old town. The property is average. Beds were so so. Breakfast was average. Bathrooms and toilets lacks hooks to hang clothes or towels. No complimentary coffee in room. Tv had only 3 channels playing. We asked about microwave to heat up food and front desk attendant had no clue. Elevator stops between 2 floors so u either climb up or climb down.
