Everything! Perfect for solo travellers - felt friendly and safe in a quiet location but within easy reach of bus or tram. I walked into city each day and it took around 45 minutes to the Old Town part of Prague passing interesting side streets full of character. My room was perfect and breakfast had a big choice of hot and cold food. Lucie welcomed me on arrival and was on reception each day - she's a lovely lady. Loved everything about the hotel.

The location is a quiet neighbourhood and breakfast was cooked to order. The towels were more like abrasives; good for exfoliation!

The place is better than a hotel: it's safe (totally), and even the receptionist comes to open the door for you. Cameras are everywhere, including at the entrance and elevator. Lucia, the receptionist, is a 5-star one. She takes care of all the details, the rooms, and safety. The breakfast is better than that from a 4-star hotel. The hotel employs disabled people in the kitchen and breakfast area who work better than regular people. Renata and Krystina are those ladies. With Uber, you can go to any attraction in the city for about 10 Euros. Nice gardens, comfortable elevator, we recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. A hotel-pension better than many 3-4-star hotels. That we could not spend more days there. Special gratitude to Lucia. She guaranteed a wonderful breakfast even if we left on the last day at 4:30 am.

Lovely accommodating staff. Second visit here chosen as it is out of the city but easily accessible by bus and very peaceful.
