Good location 1. The street view room is too annoyed in the early morning. 2. There is no "Please Clean My Room" sign in the room, so cannot ask the housekeeper to clean the room. 3. There are some stains on the sofa surface.

The location is very strategic, few steps from Old town square. My family loved the buffet breakfast, they have many choices, from continental breakfast to typical Czech cakes. The hotel arranged airport taxi which was very convenient, we even requested the driver if he can drop us first in the Dancing House before airport, and he did so. I offered to pay more for this extra, but he charged only as agreed, even with extra service. We are really satisfied! It would have been nice if the room has a table where we can use as dining table.

The location is fantastic, really well situated to the Astronomical Clock and the Old Town and in walking distance to most sights. The room was comfortable and clean and good value for money. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. It's quite noisy, as there's a restaurant on the ground floor. I was also in 'block B', and to be honest the carpets in the hallway/stairs look rather dirty.

Very spacious room is fantastic location right by the main square. The bathroom was not the best. It smelt a little bit weird and it had a terrible shower placement that made it difficult to use. It had poor ventilation.

Excellent location in the heart of Prague, within easy walking distance of the main attractions. The hotel has a beautiful historic atmosphere, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and located in the middle of the old town. We didnt book anything particularly luxerious so we were positively surprised about the room. We were also impressed about the super friendly staff, from our first phonecall to the reception team. After check-out we had the possibility to leave our luggage at the hotel for rest of the day.

The location was great! Super convenient to all the tourist attractions. Good if you’re traveling with children. Mattress was a little too hard. I also wish they had conditioner and lotion.
