Very quiet, well equipped, good location. Room was clean, there were washing pods for both the washing machine and dishwasher, beds were comfortable. Bathroom fan was not functional

- Clean - The bedroom bed was large and comfy - wireless internet - communication with the owner. The booking description mentioned no prepayment needed, the property accepts payment in eur, so i bought Eur to pay cash at arrival.. One day before arrival the property tried to charge the amount and because the amount was not available on the card, the owner marked the card as invalid in the booking app. Even if i called and solved the payment in the next 5 minutes the invalid check wasn't removed from the booking app, causing a continuous countdown message being active mentioning to solve the issue with the card to make sure the reservation is not canceled. This caused a great amount of stress, the owner being really short and expeditive on the phone. Things got even worse when the next morning after arrival (we checked in late 22.30) we received a message from the owner that he needs to enter the apartment for an hour to repair a door frame ...which i didn't agree with. - the floors are terrible making creaking noise at each step - the 2 sofas were making the same noise as the floor

- location was good and safe - bathroom very clean, towels ready, and private - kitchen was super nice and had everything you needed - bed was comfy and large - loved the view - very spacious and minimalist - room temperature was set permanently so sometimes i felt cold/hot but overall i wouldn’t say it was unbearable - the neighbors or someone close had quite loud music on late at night though it dindnt really affect me

Didn’t eat breakfast in room. Ate at local place next door. Room was colder than we liked. No way to adjust temperature.

The location is good near Letna view point The cleaning of the apartment was not ok, towels a little bit dirty, and there were plates on the washing machine dirty has well.

The front door has to be fixed, the lock doesn't function properly and you end up having ti push it very hard to get in

The combination of value, size, and amenities was amazing Very dirty. Huge piles of dust behind beds and in fold out bed along with stained sheets

The apartment’s location and space are definitely the highlights. It is within walking distance of several attractions, as well as excellent bars, restaurants, and cafés. The size of the rooms was a pleasant surprise — I traveled alone, but the apartment could easily accommodate up to four people comfortably. The only downside was the communication. I didn’t receive any information about the check-in until the day of my trip, and I only got answers to my messages after calling the property directly. This lack of proactive communication was stressful and made me worry about being left outside. Improving this would make the stay much smoother and safer for travelers.

Had a nice size kitchen. Had air-conditioning, which made the nights very pleasant. Close to a park and public transportation.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! We didn't have internet access on our cell phones at check in, so it was difficult to contact the hotel to get the door codes. We ended up going to a cafe and buying food to use their internet to contact the hotel. It would be helpful to get the door codes at least a few hours in advance!

A well-kept, well-equipped and spacious apartment. It was perfect for our family of five? Location is very nice, too, close to local amenities and local transport.

The location is perfect, close to Letna Park and close to metro and other public transport. Picking up the keys was easy. The appartment was big and nice. There were really dirty windows and the rooms were not as clean as they were nicely furnished. Window in the bathroom didnt have curtains, so anybody from upper floors in the house across the yard can watch you taking shower. The host is really hard to push to send an invoice. It has been more than a week and still do not have it.:(
