I liked everything, the interiors, the style, the location, etc… I really liked the room even though there was a small hanger that was missing behind the toilet door, apart from that, the room was very comfortable and good-looking. The mattress was very very comfortable and the pillows too, the bed linen were very fresh, the TV worked well, the rooms I believe were soundproofed. The bath was a very good touch even though I must say, the piece of glass to protect the water from spilling was too small and in the other room I booked, it was missing, so there was no protection and it was obviously very difficult to shower. The breakfast was very very good. The buffet area was filled with food even though it was quite a small area, but the food was very good quality and quite various. The location was amazing, just a 10-minute walk to the city centre. Nothing

Staff was very helpful. Room was neat, clean with a very good airconditioning system (we were in Prague during the heat wave). Not enough outlets in the room. Had to unplug the bedside lamps to charge phone.

Location was excellent. Provided option for early check in. Bin in bathroom was not emptied prior to arrival. Food items around the fridge area in cupboard.

Location was very convenient, 10-15 min walking to old town center,convenient to visit Prague castle as well. Lots of good restaurants in short distance. Breakfast was satisfactory. Very good and confortsble pillows as well. The mattess was thin and not very convenient.Although it las been renovated, the doors looked old and could be changed to match the rest of the room.

The location is nice, also staff is very friendly and helpful. This was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in, I was extremely disappointed. We asked to be moved to another room, but the hotel was full, so we had no choice but to stay where we were. The room was incredibly dirty. The bathroom was filthy, there were hairs left in the bathtub from previous guests. The floor was dirty, the table was dirty, the kettle was absolutely disgusting. It was unpleasant just to walk around the room. The shower was covered in mold. It honestly felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned at all, apart from the bed linens being changed. The whole experience was absolutely disgusting. I have attached photos showing the condition of the room.

Modern, cute! Breakfast are good, loved the switch ups daily. friendly staffs, air conditioner was amazing! The tub was slippery, and a little too tall to safely get in and get out. Pillow wasn’t comfortable, wish there was a fuller pillow than thin one.
