It was prefect, the last two days since the spa work was amazing, The all staff at hotel is very courteous— especially Mrs. Ni, who is kind, polite, and professional. Thanks and special thanks to Mrs Ni I should ask for next time before arrive shower not buthtub

Staff are friendly, the entrance and lobby are stunning and feel very luxurious. For a 5 star hotel, the main areas are what you expect. Our bags never made it to the room, we had to go back down to the lobby and get them ourselves - I'd rather the staff just didn't offer as it was a bit frustrating. The spa (reason why we booked the hotel) was not open during our stay, I wasn't told before travelling or upon booking, that was very disappointing. They said we can use the spa in the Hilton down the road, which we did, it was tiny and full of children screaming, not exactly ideal so didn't use it again. The room was just ok, for a 'deluxe' upgrade it really wasn't as big or special as I'd hoped and the shower leaked which was a bit annoying.

Excellent location. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. A brilliant hotel. The pool was closed for repair, so we were unable to use it, however because of this we were given breakfast everyday. The breakfast was amazing.

This is a nice hotel except for a really big issue with noise The noise and vibration from the trams just outside the hotel were unbrearable. We left the hotel early and moved to a different hotel. We understand that this is a difficult problem for the hotel. But we will not come back here.

Amazing hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always eager to make the stay even more enjoyable. Great location, it was also very quiet at night. The biggest bed I've ever seen. I couldn't turn off the AC. Even though the hotel worker came in to help me, it was still on somehow and it was very cold at night. Also the pool and sauna were under renovation but they booked me a visit to the Hilton hotel which was nice.

Pool, sauna, steam room all very good. Staff very welcoming. Cocktails excellent. Everything very good. I thought 50€ parking a little excessive.

Refreshing station after a hot day. Location close to hop on bus. Nice spa area. Beautiful building. Stairs to get to reception, but no one was there to help with luggage when I arrived about 330. No carpet in hallways means much noise coming from the hallway as people walk by. Coffee machine worked the first day, so-so 2nd day and nothing 3rd day. They brought a new machine but didn't really work either.
