Location, size of the room and rooms bed. Facility does not have air-condition and is seemingly in need of some tlc.

The staff was very nice staff and server a delicious breakfast. The hotel is well located in the center of Prague. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed. The window is in a terrible state. When opening it, we had the impression they would fall apart. The inner side of the bathroom door had serious water damage.

Fantastic location and a fair price. The floors creaked quite a bit on our floor so if someone was walking past our room it was quite noticable.
