This palace has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. Our room was very comfortable, excellent bed, and the bathroom was exciting and imaginative. Downstairs both the restaurants were good. Has arguably the best sushi of my life there (wow expensive but very special). Staff were all helpful and charming. For a top of the range hotel in Budapest I doubt there are any better. No problem with the hotel, but the taxis are a nightmare. Always take an Uber or Bolt otherwise you will be ripped off.

We appreciated the location being near enough to walk to most sights, but far enough away to be quiet and less crowded. From the doorman to the desk, all staff were kind and helpful. Guest services went out of their way to make us feel welcome. (Thank you!) Our two-floor room was well-equipped, quiet and comfortable (despite the air conditioning being barely able to overcome the August heat wave). The Garden Restaurant was a huge disappointment. We were expecting a high-end 5-star experience, but were disappointed that the staff allowed toxic cigarette smoke to spoil the meal, loud-talking guests, patrons shouting "requests" at the piano player, and phone speakers to ruin the vibe. Moreover, the previously-attentive staff simply disappeared near the end of our meal. Perhaps it was near closing time, but we literally had to get up and walk to find someone to bring our bill.

I ordered a king bed and got two twin beds as well, when I want to get my deposit back at checkout they decided to send a person to check if I didn’t get anything from the minibar. I wish they had a way from the room to get in touch via chat.

The room was large and we had plenty of room for our items. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were too soft for my comfort level. Otherwise, everything else was great! The beds were very soft. I personally like a harder mattress.

Everything was amazing from the check in till check out everything was great the hotel was super clean and everything in order the staff were super friendly and helpful . the breakfast was great as well and the in house restaurant was amazing So happy i booked this hotel definitely coming back to this hotel

The property is centrally located, but on a quiet street. They upgraded us to a slightly larger suite than what we had booked. We were here for a week stay and the suite was so comfortable and clean. It did have pretty good Air Conditioning in the suite, even with the heat wave. The suite had AC, but the other sections of the hotel did not have the best AC. It was a heat wave while we were here and they could not help that, but for future years of heat waves they might want to consider a little more AC in bar and restaurant areas.
