Very clean hostel, I always see someone cleaning up or maintaining. Great social events. Thanks Celeste for being a great host Although heat waves are not common, would have liked a fan in the room to help circulate. (We got one the last day I stayed but not sure if this applies to every room)

Great location, close to train station and Old Town. Friendly staff. Good value for your money. My only recommendation would be to add more outlets in the upstairs living room.

First of all, the staff was top notch. The girls at the desk (ro and lexie) were the nicest and most helpful people so I really enjoyed that. Location is good if you want to be very close to the bus station, but not excellent for walking everywhere in town ir that’s what you want. Everything felt very poor quality/cheap, from the beds to the showers or even toilet paper. I get it’s a hostel but I’ve been to many in other places for similar rates that feel much more comfortable and well equipped. It wasnt really dirty per se, but did not feel extremely clean either. The showers for instance were very uncomfortable. They were literally just a stall with a shower and a curtain with a hook for your towel. You cannot even get dressed or undressed in there so you have to do it outside (in a shared bathroom), leave your clothes there and then go out and pick them up. The bunk beds were very unstable so you could feel every little movement from the person above you. The pillows were clearly very old and uncomfortable

Location is close proximity to Prague Main Station allowing for hassle free and short walk to check-in if you’re travelling by train. Place is fairly clean. The whole staff was super friendly, very accommodating, and will assist your needs in whatever way they can to make sure you have a comfortable stay.

Receptionists are helpful and so kind. I appreciate them. Receiption and main entry gate are not upto standard. It is a bit uncomfortable to enter throuh the main gate at the first entry before check in. Receiption office / desk at the 2nd floor which is also confusing.

Especially Victor, Jack, and Roe were incredibly helpful during my stay. In addition, there were many opportunities to cook dinner together, play games, and make new friends. I think this hostel offers plenty of chances to connect with others. It is an ideal place for solo travelers One small issue I noticed was that the room door lock was quite difficult to open due to wear and age. Especially at night, the noise made when opening the door often woke me up. If possible, I would appreciate it if the lock could be repaired or improved

most of the volunteers were nice(Aiden, Cory, and especially Kate), location was fine, and facilities were good. there was a nasty receptionist there named Ana from Brazil that usually spent the whole day laying on the couch on voicecall glancing at the guests as though they were vermin. the one time I asked her for something she made up some excuse so she didn’t have to get off the couch. I’ve stayed at 9 different OneFam locations and she’s honestly the most unfriendly staff member I’ve ever met. she gets along with the volunteers but I didn’t meet even 1 guest there that liked her

I had very pleasant days in this place. I could come back from central city on foot, comfortable sharing space, and the hostel hosts a variety of events. Of course staff are friendly especially Cory. When I visit Prague next time I will stay again.

Lina's cooking is superb.

The hostel is very cash heavy, they take a cash deposit for just giving the room key and return it back only when you leave. It’s like wasting a lot of money.

Staff were really friendly and super active to support - Ro, Jennifer, Ida , ruby, Lorenzo I feel it time to change those old beds

It was a very nice choice. Ida and Ro were lovely kind at reception. The hostel organised activities for fun and walking tours around Prague so it was perfect to know the city during the day and during the night. I tried this hostel chain in Barcelona and now in Prague and for sure I'll try again in more cities. The room was good and the hostel has several toilets, showers and a kitchen. I met other travellers in the hostel during my stay and at all with the staff it was a very nice and social experience here.

The staff was really nice, but mainly Nacho (Ignacio), who was very kind and helpful all the time. Would come back because of people like him.
